The shuttle never showed up, I called the number on the reservation and the agent did not have a clue about the shuttle, no solution whatsoever other than paying another shuttle..

The shuttle never showed up because you know the reservation was cancel and refunded to you one month in advance
I’m sorry but we can’t do a 5 hours trip for $80, that’s why we canceled it more that one month in advance

Our driver was punctual, pleasant and professional. We arrived to our hotel and back to the airport, safe and sound, despite the rain.

It was good drive longer than expected. We had a hard time finding driver after exiting airport door as it's a mob scene with names on posters etc. Airport needs to make things easier and safer as tourists know no one there between everyone wanting to help and finding the actual paid driver !

It was very confusing at the airport. No one to greet us. A random man kept calling people on his phone to find our driver. It wasn't the best way to start our vacation. Where were the included beverages? A bottle of water would gave been needed nice! Our driver was very good and drove carefully in the rain.
