The shuttle never showed up, I called the number on the reservation and the agent did not have a clue about the shuttle, no solution whatsoever other than paying another shuttle..

The shuttle never showed up because you know the reservation was cancel and refunded to you one month in advance
I’m sorry but we can’t do a 5 hours trip for $80, that’s why we canceled it more that one month in advance

Our driver was punctual, pleasant and professional. We arrived to our hotel and back to the airport, safe and sound, despite the rain.

It was good drive longer than expected. We had a hard time finding driver after exiting airport door as it's a mob scene with names on posters etc. Airport needs to make things easier and safer as tourists know no one there between everyone wanting to help and finding the actual paid driver !

It was very confusing at the airport. No one to greet us. A random man kept calling people on his phone to find our driver. It wasn't the best way to start our vacation. Where were the included beverages? A bottle of water would gave been needed nice! Our driver was very good and drove carefully in the rain.

Vanessa the driver and son Marco was super nice. The only bad thing the driver was not there when we landed but there was a nice guy that called the company and was able to get a driver in 10 mins.

The thing that stands out to me about Wanna Rides is their customer service in every aspect. Upon arrival at the airport, our driver was ready and waiting with an easily visible sign with my name on it. We were offered cold water upon boarding and enjoyed a clean and air-conditioned ride to our hotel in Tamarindo for the lowest price I found on the internet. We even asked around in Tamarindo about other shuttle services and there were none less expensive, so I contacted Wanna Ride again and they were able to arrange the same for our return. Our driver was even early picking us up. The drivers, as well as who I contacted via chat, were super professional and helpful. 10/10

Our group of three used this company on the way from Liberia to our hotel and also for the return trip back to the airport. Jose was our driver for the return trip. He was right on time in a clean, comfortable, air conditioned ride. He was a safe driver and got us to the airport safely and timely. I would recommend this service. We had great service both times.

Eddie picked us up at the airport. He had a sign with my name on it. He was a courteous and safe driver. It took just over an hour to get to our hotel from Liberia Airport. Would recommend.

Pleased that our driver was waiting for us and ready to take us to Tamarindo. He was safe as a driver and kind enough to stop and point out some howler monkeys. He carried our luggage right to our door and was most kind. The car was a tad older and lacked some comfort but overall we were pleased with the service.
