Excellent View of the Lights

I was really worried that we were not going to have any luck, but Siri went above and beyond, new all the spots and we got three different areas to watch beautiful green auroras, each one so different from the others. She took great care, highly recommend!

Not my best experience

I personally consider if the staff see that according to whether the northern lights have zero chances to be seen (As in our case) the tour should be cancelled or partial refunded. I was expecting more. The bbq was fine but the guide just answered our questions, no story telling. We have been a group of 4, stayed there for 2h. Expected more according to reviews.

I am so sorry to hear that you didn´t have best experience. Lapland weather is always mystery and in sometimes the nature surprise us with even small gap and gives us chances to see this natures phenomenon even in the worst predictions. That´s why it is always good to go for the tour, because you never know if we are lucky and most of our customers have a limited time to be in Lapland. If you are disappointed for the tour we always wish to have feedback on the tour or latest next day so we can do something about it when you still are in the area. I hope you still had a good holiday and happy to offer for you some special experiences if you next time come to our area.

Fantastic experience. Our guide for the trip was Eetu - he is fantastic! He answered all questions and showed us a few survival skills. He’s a really great guide. Thank you Eetu! Would recommend anyone in the area to use this company. We were picked up at our hotel right on time. We cooked sausages on the fire, drank traditional drinks and toasted marshmallow. Wonderful!

Es war eine sehr schöne Tour. Die Reiseführer haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben alles war schön bei gemütlichen Feuer warme Getränke mit Würstchen angeboten 😊 Leider hatten wir mit den Polarlichtern nicht so viel Glück, aber das macht nichts, denn alles drumherum wurde so schön gestaltet und wir haben eine tollen Abend verbracht. Vielen Dank dafür😊
