Pick up messy, poor coordination

Pick up arrangement messy, as well as send back to hotel after the event. Better try other operator, very unpleasant experience.

Yeah, our bus contractor failed to deliver the bus informing that 2 hrs before the start 😀

We were left alone during the tour. Got no refund.

The tour was a total disaster. We were left alone at the lookout after our main tour guide just disappeared without notice an hour into the trip and the other tour guide also left with the rest of the group without telling us. During all of this we were at a lookout point only about 100m away from the rest of the group. The tour guides told us that we could go to the lookout and back to the hut whenever we want. Everybody knew where we were. Still they either decided that it was not necessary to tell us that we were leaving or they just forgot about us. This was after the main tour guide repeatedly told us how dangerous the cold is (-22°C)! It isn't that difficult to count the group members and notice that three people are missing!! Luckily another participant of the group was with us and agreed to drive us back to our hotel in his car. Otherwise we would have been lost there. We didn't even know where the parking lot was! The guy who drove us got his money back but we didn't. The tour guide was defensive and didn't take any responsibility for this major issue! We are still trying to get a refund! This was a really dangerous situation and negligence!! During all of this the tour guide told us on the phone after we asked where everyone was that he is on his way to Sweden for a New Years Eve party and would not be able to pick us up.

Stella tried to cheat and get full refund even she and her mate also had the return drive back to Kemi. Asking for full refund and making stories even when we delivered the transportations and Auroras for her is just an example how people don't have manners anymore. We gave her partial refund like for the third one Roman full refund because his car was used for transportation back. During that event we had also 17 Indians attending to the Hunt and thus not having personal babysitter for Stella during her whole Hunt.

Amazing experience! The setting was so beautiful, and Marko gave me tips to see the lights again the next night when the forecast was even better. Highly recommend! (Some of the walking through deep snow may be difficult for travelers with mobility issues).
