I truly recommend this tour! Paul is an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and passionate about his work! Definitely a nice way to see Lanzarote ! The break between the tourist spots were well organised and we had plenty of time to visit all the attractions.

Good & organised tour. Pick up time was good and the coach was nice and clean. The tour took you to all the places you’d like to see and you got to spend enough time everywhere. Would recommend.

Wow! such a fantastic trip. Full day of volcanoes, first timanfaya national park, the coach goes around the volcanoes and through the lava field. Spectacular views, demonstration of how hot it is under the ground near the restaurant. Visit to the green cave, loved walking around the lava tunnel with our tour guide. The last stop at jameos del agua with the sea pool where tiny albino crabs live was lovely. Great day out was picked up from hotel and dropped off too. Tour guide roland was brilliant loads of information about lanzarotes history and the places we visited. Really recommend this tour if you want a great day and want to see a bit more of the island.

Our excellent tour guide gave really clear explanation. He had to speak both French and English so he divided the group into two. Explanation and directions were then provided so that we could all benefit whilst not standing around waiting for the other group. The driver skillfully took us around Timanfaya and we stopped at a couple of nice places for wine and a meal. Many thanks to the tour guide. I didn't get his name but I have seen some of the places 3 times, others twice and without a doubt he was the very best tour guide. Top tip. Don't miss the new volcano exhibition at Jameos del Agua. It's at the top behind the bar/ coffee shop and before the gift shop

Ok tour notwithstanding admin issues

The tour itself was fine and interesting. However the booking and pick-up process was unsatisfactory. We could not book on the tripadvisor website with our credit card (security issue with the site) so we had to phone viator in Scotland and they emailed me a different link that worked. The pick up location (a hotel in Matagorda) and time (8.30am) was agreed on the phone, at payment and in the confirmation email. No one came and when we called the trip organiser, they told us they had no record of a pick up at that hotel. We could be picked up at a neighbouring hotel, although the pick up time there was 9.20 so we headed over there. When the bus came, they had no record of our booking but accepted that we had booked given the confirmation email we had. Thankfully there was enough room for us on the bus! The volcano tour was great and the other stops also interesting. There are a lot of steps in the caves so people with mobility issues may struggle.

This tour was a really great mix. Seeing the volcano first before the caves it created was a good order. A lot of other trips offer either Jameos de aqua OR the green caves - I’m glad we got to see both and that we had a good amount of time to see each place. Our guide Paul was really good at his job, there was hardly any dead time between sights as we got given so much information on the coach and a personal touch with him being from the island. I noticed that he had discreetly really made an effort to help one of the fellow passengers who found the caves challenging too. I’ve seen other reviews about wait time picking up other passengers, but as someone who has done a few of these tours in various countries I don’t think this was more than is standard, in fact it felt less. We were one of the first pick ups so it was good that we got dropped back off in reverse order. The lunch was better than expected; nice location, water and wine on each table included, food was satisfying.

It was good but too much time spent on the road particularly at the beginning with over one hour collecting people to join the tour. Too much time and distance in between items which meant more travel than sightseeing.

This tour was excellent. We really enjoyed the sights and the history plus the Lanzarote culture that was shared with us by the tour guide. The tour guide Paul (Pablo) was excellent and really knew his stuff and the coach driver was incredible. Some of the roads were very narrow and scary at times but he did an awesome job. The 4 main attractions were great too. The naturalness of the green caves and the drive through of the volcanoes was brilliant. It was a shame the viewpoint was cloudy but still an amazing view. We saw Cueva De Los Verdes (Green Caves) first which we enjoyed and Jameos Del Aqua last. It would have been better to have seen Jameos first because by the time we saw Jameos we were slightly disappointed in what we saw only because the cave wasn't that big. Nice place and still amazing views but we loved the naturalness of the green caves and was bigger. Lunch had a variety of food options and was a buffet too. All for only €9 which was great. Overall a great experience and would recommend this tour.

The whole thing was pretty impressive. Felt very safe with the driver and the guide was super Informative. Really good value for money. Tour lasted about 10 hours from start to finish but it flew by. Was great fun with some amazing sites and views. The optional buffet was an extra €9 and it was also worth it with lots of choice from Paella to pasta, with soup to start and ice cream for desert.

Room for improvement.

Late pick up, then driven to another area to swap coaches. Tour didn’t start properly until 10.15. Timanfaya volcanic experience was great. The other 3 stops were interesting but were too long for what was there. Tour should have been 7-8 hours but lasted for around 10 hours due to lots of waiting around, two changes of coaches, lots of pick ups and drop offs. We wouldn’t have chosen this tour if we had known as we had a diabetic grandson with us who needed to have been back at villa on time for medication! Tour guide was ok but spoke a lot of Spanish to the Spanish people on the coach who constantly called out, as we only speak English we found this annoying and rude. Lots of changes needed to improve this tour for sure.

Very nice tour. Seeing the landscape of the national park while in Lanzarote is a must, very impressive to see the way lava formed the island. Martin was a very skilled driver on the narrow roads. By car you would have needed to wait considerable time to get a parking spot, as you are not allowed to drive parts of the park yourself. So very glad I opted for a tour. Other stops very impressie as well and Paul was a knowledgable guide able to explain a lot on the formation of the park, island, lava tunnels, history etc. Lunch was buffet style for 9 euro and included wine and water, not fancy but good.

Paul,le guide, est très pédagogue, la durée est suffisante pour voir ce qu'il y a a voir même si jameos de agua mériterait peut être de pouvoir s'y attarder pour profiter du calme du bassin. L'avantage de ne pas avoir a faire la queue est non négligeable selon les heures, si vous êtes un peu pressés ou que vous n'avez pas de voiture c'est pratiques de pouvoir faire les 3 sites en 1 journée. L'organisation n'était pas vraiment bonne pour le pick up point, réponses tardives et peu précises. J'ai du donner mon adresse 2fois (pourtant copier coller google maps).

Impossible de savoir précisément le circuit du bus et les horaires aux points de prise en charge. Manque de réactivité de Viator qui n a pas pu nous communiquer le numéro de tel du chauffeur. Nous avons failli rater l excursion. La visite ne commence réellement qu au bout d une heure après être monté dans le bus car beaucoup trop d arrêts pour récupérer les touristes. Un vrai bus de ramassage scolaire. En revanche, visites très intéressantes avec Michael mais un peu courtes. Choix du resto...bof bof mais pas cher.

Excursion bien organisée aucune queue à faire. Guide qui vous explique l’histoire de l’île tout au long de la route Dommage que le repas du midi ne se fasse pas au restaurant de Timanfaya pour un meilleur cadre mais le resto sur la route choisi par l’organisateur est très bon tout de même et pas chère du tout. Je recommande cette excursion qui regroupe les points clé de l’île à visiter en une journée si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé. Dommage aussi pour le Français qui est très peu parler sur l’île mais bon avec l’explication en anglais et en espagnol on suit quand même.

Visites Incontournables, mais voyagiste pas super! Après être arrivé en retard au point de rdv, avoir fait 45min de bus pour récupérer tous les autres clients, petite pause de 15 min obligatoire dans un café boui-boui ! Le repas n'est pas compris dans la formule "premium", mais imposé ! Repas, pas mauvais et correct en tarif (10€/pers) dans un routier-usine lugubre et sans vie...de toute façon, pas le choix car rien d'autre autour! Rien de premium dans cette excursion, juste un basique...
