This is a great day trip which includes entry into three separate chargeable sites so not bad value for money either. The driver, the tour guide and the buffet lunch (€15 including wine) were excellent. Would definitely recommend!

A good day, on the whole. Timanfaya was an amazing experience, the caves are stunning and Jameos De Agua lovely. It's shop cheaper than others we've found elsewhere. Be careful when booking tours as many are similar. Christina was an average guide. She gave the basic information necessary for the tour, but little else. Very slow start, lots of bus changes, but it didn't detract from the day. One of the more costly tours, but would definitely recommend a tour for Timanfaya as self organised cars can wait up to 2hrs when busy

Yes, it was a good experience especially viewing through the coach window was excellent rather car. If you travel by car you may miss proper visibility than coach. I highly recommend this trip. Coach driver and guides were excellent.

Juan Carlos is an excellent and cheery guide. Quite a bit of time on the coach which was comfortable with good air-conditioning. Take advantage of the delicious buffet lunch for 15 euros, very good value for money

Very good tour to see the highlights of Lanzarote in a day. It's a must do. Landscapes are awesome. The tour/ bus pick up and the drop off at our Hotel, was brilliant and on time. The lunch option (buffet) was not really an "option"...and it's not good. We thought that we were going to be on our own to pick the place, however it's a designated spot. We understand the reasons behind it, and how this works however, it is not what is published. The guide, 1. In the need to speak and addressed in English, Dutch and Spanish, she was not fully clear in any of the languages or poor in the content; 2. We noticed that she was not polite in a couple of ocations.

Mi experiencia con la excursión se vio opacada por la actitud de la guía, Cristiana. Desde el inicio, su trato fue agresivo y poco amable. Preguntar cualquier cosa resultaba incómodo porque respondía de mala manera, como si le molestara. Además, en varias ocasiones explicó información solo en inglés, y cuando alguien que no dominaba el idioma le pedía aclaraciones, su respuesta era cortante, diciendo que ya lo había explicado, aunque no era cierto. Más allá de eso, su actitud en general era negativa, quejándose constantemente de todo, lo que terminó afectando el ambiente del tour. Una pena, porque el destino en sí era hermoso.

La gentillesse du guide. Ses explications. La tranquillité de l’excursion, nous n’étions pas pressés comme ça peut être le cas parfois. L’excursion est agréable et l’essentiel de ce qui est touristique est vu. Restes à sortir des sentiers battu par la suite. Par contre prévoyez votre repas. Celui proposé dans un restaurant est un buffet cher pour ce qui est proposé (15€) et pas très appétissant. Une usine à touristes.
