Great way to experience some of the island if u don’t want to spend all day on a coach/minibus. Very easy to drive buggies taking in some fantastic scenery and views.
Our guide Angelo was really nice and helpful as well.
Would possibly recommend wearing a jumper as well as the windbreak they provide as it gets very windy and slightly cold buzzing around in on open buggy.
All in all we had a great 3 hour trip.

We arrived as part of a large group (Pick up from port was well communicated.) but one party was late to arrive. Two groups left in buggies while we waited 40 minutes for the late party to arrive, and then finally took off. At conclusion, we returned BEFORE the first groups. Felt we didn’t get the full adventure; we should have ALL left at designated time and the late party required to miss out and catch up. This wasn’t handled well at all.

Make sure you take a waterproof, hat and gloves, no matter how warm it is down at sea level. We were not really adequately protected from the elements but we still had a brilliant time!

Great day. Slick operation and being inside volcano was like being in space. The reviews that mention quite a lot of walking/physicality are accurate, so do be prepared. We are very able bodied and couldn’t manage some of the ‘hiking’ at the second stop, but still a stunning trip. If you wear glasses be aware you do need to wear the visor given and if the weather’s a bit rough like it was today, then carry something to wipe it down!

Despite a rocky start (one buggy threw itself into reverse, hitting our buggy), we had a great time! Angel was our guide and took us around all the interesting volcanic sites. I would highly recommend this tour, but also suggest that if you are taking it as a shore excursion to make sure your shore time is sufficient for both the buggy ride and the transportation between buggy office and port!

Avoid at all costs. Booked this tour. When checking in they get you to sign an insurance cover. After having no instruction from the guide who didn’t even introduce himself we were expected to drive the buggy from an underground car park with the buggy being parked very tight against a concrete pillar. I carefully moved the buggy out but clipped the pillar removing a small portion of plaster board. The guide screamed and shouted and kept saying you will pay for this. His boss arrived and I agreed to pay the €300 euros but we did not want to proceed as we now longer felt safe with the no communitive guide and his attitude. Apparent the insurance I signed for did not cover dangerous driving which this was clearly not. Be careful. Done loads of these trips before. This just felt like they wanted our money

Alot of walking to see an unimpressive hole in the ground. We paid extra to be picked up at the port but decided to stay in town to walk around and shop and have lunch.
We had to pay a taxi another 45 euro for the ride back to the port.
The ride was fun wish it would have been off-road

The best experience we had on our Canary Islands cruise. Angel - the guide was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Will recommend it to anyone! Great way to see the volcano park and the canyon. This was by far our best excursion during our vacation in the Canary Islands. The tour guide was great and buggy ride was exhilarating! Then, the walk into the volcano was breathtaking and fascinating.
