It was a good experience. The crew were pleasant and helped my husband to get his mobility scooter on and off the catamaran without being asked.
The food and drink was plentiful and we enjoyed it, especially the melon, which was more flavourful that what we get in England.
We had been informed that the trip would end at 6:30 and that is what happened so it's fair enough but the official sunset time for the end of January/early Feb is around 6:35. As we looked back before getting onto the bus to go home I could see that the real colour in the sky was just there so I felt that we had missed the best of the sunset. Something for the organisers to think about.

An enjoyable trip but no dolphins to be seen so a bit disappointed. But not something tha can be guaranteed I guess. Otherwise a smooth sailing, drink and food plentiful. Staff were all very pleasant and nice!

This boat trip was one of the highlights of our holiday. We were picked up from a nearby location and taken to the marina where we boarded the boat. We were met with a Mojito as our welcome drink. There was also further Mojitos to be had, plus other drinks and snacks of sandwiches and fruit.
We were able to see upwards of 20+ dolphins and the captain and crew were amazing. We had a lot of fun - trying on the captains hats and having photos taken. Excellent - highly recommended.

Fantastic. Crew attentive, relaxing atmosphere with plenty of food and drinks. Dolphins and a whale passed, although, obviously not guaranteed but we were lucky on this trip.
Plan to make another booking on our next holiday.
Take a jacket/sweatshirt as the temperature drops quickly when the sun has set.

It's a nice way to spend an evening but I feel the buffet could be improved and music turned down once the boat is in dolphin territory. The crew were nice but I really don't think it's worth £41.99. I was lucky enough to get a few glimpses of the 2 dolphins but if I'm going to be honest I've been on better trips the cost a lot less and have a better buffet. They should just say it is snacks. A few soppy sandwiches and a bit of water melon , poppets don't really count.

With regard to beverages, we offer mojitos, sangría, beer, soft drinks, and water. The description specifically refers to these as snacks. In our view, the price reflects the product offering, though we understand that perceptions may vary.

The experience was good, however clear directions were not given as to meet up point. We wondered around the harbour for 10 minutes looking for the boat!

Good experience. Welcoming staff, welcome food and drink. Bar open for the whole trip and a very nice buffet. Beautiful sunset and photos. Take a jacket for the trip back after the sunset.
It is a long walk from the meeting point to the boat. Not suitable for persons with mobility issues.

A great experience. Kids had a super time. We enjoyed the drinks, food and had a beautiful trip. As an added bonus we also seen dolphins. The crew were very good and we would highly recommend.

The boat cruise was great from the start to finish. The coach journey was prompt, dead on time with a very lovely coach and reps. The boat captain and crew were incredibly friendly. We read other reviews and it was nothing like some of the poorer reviews. The captain inparticular looked after the children to ensure they could see the dolphins pointing them out and spending time showing more. The drinks and food was plentiful and catered for all, they played music....I don't think 5 stars is enough. The best part we see lots of dolphins and a beautiful sunset 🌅 🐬

Wow!! Had a fantastic trip! So much fun, drink and food!! To top it off the dolphins were seen playing about in their natural environment! Definitely recommend and will be doing the trip again when we return to Lanzarote!!

So sorry to say it was the worst experience of the holiday due to the strong winds and even though it was August the provider should have cancelled and saved us all the drama. Could not move for 2 hrs due to the crazy rockiness of the water and felt nauseous the whole way. No dolphins in sight but that wasn’t guaranteed. No information on microphone until the last half hour so very much an uncomfortable, scary and disappointing experience.

Had a lovely trip. Only gave 4 stars as couldn't hear the commentary (the opposite of what others have said in their reviews). It was a cloudy evening so we didn't see the sunset but the catamaran was lovely with lots of space for all to sit. We saw lots of dolphins and also a couple of whales. We enjoyed a mojito on boarding bit didn't try the food as we had eaten a little earlier on shore. It was windy - we took hoodies and did wear them once we cleared the harbour. Very nice way to spend 2 hours.

This was a really lovely trip! The staff were really friendly and attentive. Very easy to book the tour and had frequent communications ahead of my holiday about the pick up location and time (although the bus pick up was about 20 mins after expected time). If you don’t set your expectations too high on seeing dolphins then I would recommend this as a nice activity to do. Wear flat shoes as it can get a bit choppy!

I feel that the title of this needs to change to sunset cruise.
We were picked up at allocated time in a lovely air conditioned coach and taken to the harbor where we boarded the catamaran and were given an empty plastic cup. We then set off towards the sunset.
A bar was at the back of the boat where you could go for your mojito. Crew brought round a pice of frittata on bread for everyone. They then set out some food by the bar and you went to serve yourself. If you were there first it was a lovely spread but the last people got virtually nothing as it was all gone. You did get complimentary drinks and there was no limit.
We basically sailed towards the sunset and then turned round and sailed away before it had actually set, so people at the front of the boat didn’t see it.
As for the dolphins, there was never going to be any. Looking at the pictures of the website the dolphins were pictured in bright sunshine, not sunset conditions.
All that said, the crew and the tour guide were friendly and everything ran to time.
The name of the tour was a little misleading but we did enjoy it.

Great way to see the sunset! Only way really as I’ve realised the sun sets behind Puerto del Carmen so seeing it from the sea is the best. I went on the boat with two children one who’s 4 and one who’s 9 was good they liked it just went on a little two long for them. The food wasn’t great, very strange Filling in the sandwiches like cheese and jam? And no butter in them? There was a constant flow of alcohol with cold beer on tap but obviously I couldn’t drink tho as I was responsible of the kids on my own on a very rocky boat around tipsy people going other big waves lol. All n all was good experience and got some great photos

The trip was amazing! We were picked up from our hotel on time with no issues and dropped off at the harbour. The tour guides showed the group to our boat and we all boarded quickly.
As soon as we were all on board, the hosts went through all the info needed in multiple languages which was really helpful and they brought round a snack. There was a spread of food which included a vegan option of vegan ham and salad finger sandwiches and an unlimited bar of beer, sangria and soft drinks as well as the optional welcome mojito.
The guide explained to us that it was not always possible to see dolphins as they are wild animals and cannot guarantee, however we did spot some dolphins, it was magical! We also saw a whale!!
