I was really looking forward to the Lake Como boat tour, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. We had informed the company in advance that we would be arriving late, and they assured us it wouldn’t be a problem - the time missed would simply be removed from the tour. However, when we got to the meeting point (albeit a bit late), the tour guide simply didn’t show up!
To make matters worse, we actually saw them leaving with another group for a tour while we were waiting. When we called the company, they kept saying the guide would be there in 15 minutes, but that never happened. We waited for over an hour with no further communication.
This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip, but instead, it was a complete waste of time. Not only did we miss out on the experience, but it also threw off the rest of our plans for the day. I expected a lot more professionalism and basic courtesy from a company offering such a service.
I can’t recommend this tour to anyone based on my experience. If you’re considering it, beware of the possibility of being left stranded and disappointed like we were.

Large two bedroom apartment, 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers, ample closet space. Well appointed kitchen great for cooking, apartment set up for hosting, lots of kitchen utensils/platters. Spectacular view from the living room one of a kind, you can see a full sunrise with view of the beach/sea, boardwalk, and mountains. High end designer furniture, loved the comfortable sofa. Laundry room with drying rack helpful for long stay, did laundry numerous times.
Incredible location at the center of Puerto Banus close to all the restaurants and nightlife right at the exit of the main port, one block away from taxi stand. Banus Beach (beach club with chaise lounge chairs, nice staff) steps away with 10 beach clubs within walk. One block away from Corte Ingles (mega department store) which has everything you could need- supermarket, designer brand clothing, housewares, sporting goods, travel equipment.

Highly recommend this boat tour of Lake como! The boat was amazing and we saw so much of the lake and beautiful surroundings. The tour guide, Philipo, was excellent and even included a delicious bottle of wine! Definitely worth the price, and even a cheaper alternative to other tour companies, thank you for a great time!

This was a nice break from the crowds of Lake Como. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the surrounding villas and towns. We saw more of the tiny hidden spots than we would have in the ferries and were much more comfortable.
