- If an invoice is required, there will be 2€ extra fee
- Meet at least 15 minutes in advance
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund (water cannot get in contact with the electrical devices)
- It is possible to transport a child up to 20kg on the baby seat (additional cost). For this option it is MANDATORY to book in advance as they may not be available.
- Passport or ID is required to sign the rental contract (only lead traveller)
- A Security Deposit of 50€ per bike is required at the checkin. Please have the Credit or Debit Card ready. Deposit will be released within 7 business days from the checkout if no damage is found.
- An active internet connection is neede to use the tour
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 13 travelers

Could accomplish more territory walking with so much pedestrian traffic. Would have preferred issued audio box and ear buds than using app on phone and navigation site.

While we always strive to provide the best possible routes, our tours take place in a vibrant, living city, and unfortunately, we cannot control the flow of local traffic or pedestrians.
Because this is a city tour that includes some sections along the lake, a certain level of pedestrian activity is to be expected.
Regarding the equipment, we do offer a fully guided version of our tour which includes an iPad and a helmet with a built-in audio system.
However, the self-guided version you booked is specifically designed to be completed using your own device via our app, as clearly stated in the tour description.
