Dear, you have booked a transfer service from the cruise port to Rome Fiumicino airport at 6am and I have all the evidence to prove it (in fact viator did not accept your refund) and after 1 hour of waiting, standing, in the cold, after waking up at 4 in the morning to be able to come and pick you up, you told me that you would go out around 9 am. So the service, for your booking error, was considered 'no show'. This review of yours shows how little respect you have for educated and above all very serious people from a work point of view.
