Horrible Experience, Horrible Company

This was a horrible experience!!! The place is way too crowded. Near the start, but in deep water we got rammed by another boat and the choppy water made it very difficult to get back on the kayak and so we gave up at the beginning. We found the kayak to be very unstable. The guide recognizing the difficulties said we could get a refund but later the owner refused. Go with a different company! Even if we had made it, there was a queue to get in the caves and it seemed like there would be little time for anything else beyond the very close caves

Did not do the activity. At the meeting point there was a van with no sign of the business. Inside, lounged, there were 2 teenage girls semi-sleeping in a cloud of weed smoke. They checked my voucher and told me to look for Andrés, “the only one wearing a pink shirt on the beach, tell him that Daniella sent you”. Benagil beach is chaotic, super crowded, there was a long line of people waiting to get their kayaks, no pink shirt. I looked for 15 minutes. My kids were so upset to see me helpless. I never appreciated more a Uber than then. So it is a funny story if you weren’t in it. Overall a scam. Do not do it. Waste of time, money and expectations.

We enjoyed the experience of kayaking and the beautiful landscape, but we do not recommend this service. We had to wait an hour at the beach before getting the equipment and the staff was a little rude. There are many other rental services, so I wouldn’t pick this one.

Kayaking to Benagil Caves is a must! There's no need for a guided tour, we were able to do this on our own and saved money. This company provide all we needed. Also they were helpful with our kids. Making sure to load and unload them from the kayaks on the beaches when we departed and arrived. Will recommend and book again!

A fantastic experience, would recommend to lovers of adventure. Beautiful caves and glorious waters. Be wary of deceiving coves, even if they may look inviting – do not let them lure you in! Staff were nice enough and did not charge extra after we had difficulty battling the waves exiting from a bay.

Wir hatten unsere Kayaks für 8:30 Uhr reserviert, damit wir unsere Tour rechtzeitig zur Low Tide in die Höhle von Benagil starten konnten. Leider kamen unsere Tourguides etwas verschlafen und erst gegen 8:40 Uhr zum genannten Treffpunkt, und dann meinten sie, es gäbe gar keine Tour, erst um 10:30 Uhr, ob wir keine Mail vom Chef bekommen hätten?! Nach einigem barschen hin- und hertelefonieren und schimpfen, wurde unsere Buchung gecancelt, wir werden unser Geld zurück bekommen und somit haben wir uns vor Ort einen neuen Anbieter gesucht. Sehr ärgerlich, da man sich im Vorfeld schon um Tickets bemüht hat, um Zeit zu sparen, und vor Ort wird nicht mal richtiger Kundenservice geboten!

Mala organizacion, no hay ningun control por parte del personal del operador, funciona a base de que la gran mayoria sigue al resto de la gente y preguntando por tu propia cuenta. No hay informacion de nongun tipo

La mejor manera de ver las cuevas en Kayak, hay que llevar cuidado con las lanchas que se creen los dueños, pero por lo demás experiencia super recomendable. Empresa seria, todo fue rápido en la entrega, se recomienda reservar antes y coger el horario lo mas temprano posible.
