Driver was right on time and accurately estimated drive time to the airport. Google maps was inaccurate. He stopped at a beautiful waterfall and offered other stops along the way. Large comfortable bus for our party of 10. Thank you!!

Prompt driver, picked us up from the airport in a large van. He drove safely through the winding roads. Recommend for ease of access!

Driver was unwelcoming, and not friendly. Drove too fast and wasn’t cautious around winding rides at all to the point I was sick for the drive. Only good thing was the on time pick up/ drop off. Had me waiting for him to get food when we stopped as well.

I’m sure that not all the drivers are this way, but the driver we had was texting in his phone, eating and not paying attention while driving. He was taking turns in the mountains very fast and it was scary. We thought he was going to collide with oncoming traffic multiple times

Our driver was courteous and knowledgeable. We arrived in record time despite the roads and rain. We find taking private transport convenient and much less strenuous and anxiety producing than driving

We had an excellent trip to San Jose airport from La fortuna. Our driver Mario was the best. He is so kind, funny and very helpful in anything we needed. We had to stop a few times because some of the girls on the trip got nauseous and Mario was always there to help. He was on time to pick us up and we were able to get to the airport on time. The van was clean, had a good AC and we would recommend.

Our bus broke down in the middle of nowhere and made us miss our flight. Pickup was prompt and on time. The drivers were very polite and professional but the bus broke down 45 minutes into our trip to the airport. I’m grateful they sent another shuttle but the time it took for them to get to us made us late for our flight home.

Was a good drive to San Jose. Roads are windy but driver and van were good. We had been flying around the country and were getting tired of airports and waiting so the van ride was a welcome change. They were prompt.

Van seats weren’t very comfortable for such a long trip. Driver didn’t speak very good English. Didn’t understand us at all. He crosses the middle line a lot making us nervous. It was very foggy which probably made it a hard drive for him.

Our driver was terrible. He drove like a maniac passing cars on a curvy double yellow lined road. He was driving very fast on very narrow curvy roads and tailgating the cars in front. Then would pass even several cars ahead. One time a car heading the other way was in our direct path for a crash. It was terrifying. This driver should be fired. We were scared the whole time and it’s an over two hour trip! The van also seemed to need new shock absorbers. It was so noisy and bumpy. We had to hold on except when in traffic.

The driver was very nice. However, he showed up 25 minutes late and then when we stopped so I could use the restroom, he got a full breakfast and sat in the restaurant and ate for 20 minutes while I sat in the car. I had to rush through the airport to make my flight, so it was pretty stressful.

Our driver was not driving as safely as I would expect, he stopped to pick up a cooler, stopped to use the bathroom, and stopped to buy a drink. He did not arrive at the correct time (was 30 minutes early) and we felt obliged to hurry to keep him from waiting longer.

I would leave more stars if I could. Phenomenal service. Rafael was very communicative and extremely friendly. He showed up early and we were ready to go. The van was clean and comfortable and I only regret that we didn’t arrange to share it with someone bc it was huge for the three of us. He recommended the perfect spot to stop for lunch and a bathroom break. Trip was beautiful and took just over three hours including the break.

We booked transportation to the airport through Viator. This was a three hour drive from La Fortuna. The driver was on time, the van was comfortable and we got to the airport in the time specified (including a pit stop).
