Hesh was my photographer and honestly it was a dream working with him. He was patient and creative and worked to make my vision a reality. I take photos every place I travel and you can tell he loves what he does. 5 stars would absolutely recommend to everyone! Don’t hesitate to book!

We had such a great time doing this photo shoot! Mina was excellent-very talented and knew a bunch of spots to get beautiful photos. If you have an extra hour or so in Kyoto I highly recommend this activity!

One of my favorite things to do when traveling with my family is to get some moments captured professionally. Despite choosing perhaps the absolute most crowded day to do so, our photographer, Josh, still delivered some of the most amazing pictures from our 2 week adventure in Japan. He connected so easily with my teen sons that he was able to get them to fully relax and be themselves. What they usually think of as a chore (family pictures), Josh turned into one of their favorite memories - modeling on the streets in Kyoto! We were all able to find so many images we individually loved as well as new profile pics etc for the socials! I know I will treasure these for years to come.

Our photo shoot started a little shaky. We scheduled our shoot the day after new years so the area was really busy. We were suppose to receive a message to detail more about our photographer but didn’t receive it until after we had arrived a few minutes after our scheduled time. There were so many people with expensive cameras so we didn’t know who our photographer was. We thought we missed our meet up despite being on time.
Ten minutes after our scheduled start time, we received a message about our photographer after I messaged the company. We finally found our photographer, Josh.
From there, everything was great! Josh was patient and easy to work with. He was friendly and social. He took us to several places outside the shrine since it was so busy. The pictures turned out great! We already received the proofs and are happy with the results. We would highly recommend despite the start. I think the start really had to do with the holiday but the overall experience made
up for it. Thank you for capturing our kimono family moments.

Our photoshoot with Mina was amazing. Gion is absolutely beautiful however it is PACKED WITH TOURISTS! Mina knew where to go to avoid all the tourists and grab those instagram pics! Without him your photos will be full of tourists. He was kind professional and knowledgeable. He provided more than 1400 raw images and 40 edited! Amazing. He even made exceptional food recommendations around the area. I am highly recommending this tour. Thanks Mina.

I'm very sorry about that, Mr. John but our photographer had an accident and can't do the photoshoot with you that time and can't find another photographer because a short time and we made a full refund plus kimono fees and will work on it to make our services better in the future

Mina did an amazing job of capturing photos of my husband and myself during our time in Kyoto for our five-year wedding anniversary. The five photo locations that he took us to were all within a short walk of each other but each provided a unique backdrop. Communication was excellent and we received raw images for the whole photoshoot within a few hours and forty high-quality edited images within 2-3 days. He also provided some suggestions for restaurants and other activities that helped to add to our great time in Kyoto. Would highly recommend this experience to other travelers!!

Erick was an amazing photographer and very friendly! He took us to some beautiful photo spots that were uncrowded and intimate! He also helped pose us very naturally, which was perfect for us as this was our first professional photoshoot together. Mina was fantastic from start to finish! He told me where to go and how to pose which was super helpful as it can be overwhelming to walk around in a kimono in the summer. The photos are breathtaking and his edits are amazing. Excellent value!

Despite the rain the photo shoot was very fun! Mina took us to some very photogenic spots -very different within a small walking distance!
We were comfortable taking photos as he gave us suggestions on how to pose or look more natural.

This was my first real photoshoot so I didn't really know what to do or expect but Mina made the experience so seamless. He was very friendly, efficient, and professional. I felt super comfortable talking with him and getting to know him and his experience in Japan. He speaks perfect English which is very rare in Japan. He knew all the best photo spots in the city and showed me how to pose since I had no idea what I was doing. He also tailored the session to my personal preference by asking me what type of photos I'm looking to shoot and which angle is my better angle. After every shot he would show me the raw photos to make sure that I like them before we moved on to the next location. We even spotted a rare geisha and he used his japanese skills to talk to her and was able to get a photo of me and her, which was definitely the highlight of my trip. Overall, highly recommend!
