Michael was polite and engaging. Maybe he learned what most of their guests want to know and most of the guests don't know anything about Japanese history, but my friends and I noticed what he said wasn't true sometimes. We enjoyed the tour regardless. He took us to Chion-in first. It was beautiful and not crowded surprisingly. Going to Kiyomizu-dera was a hustle because of the heat and crowd. Anything you do in the Japanese summer heat would be a hustle.
