Do not go to this place based on the photos provided, they are fake and not the location at all provided . They are no waterfalls and yoga meditation areas, I didnt even go to the right town, they brought me to a spiritual place in ubud . Had Shaman do my reading which was good the. Poured water on top on me and sent me off , whole process took 1.5 hours, not 8 hours as indicated on the site. I was quite disappointed as this was the one thing I was really looking forward to on my last day in Bali, I did ask for the tour operator to get a hold of me and have heard nothing . Definitely not worth the money I paid , false advertising. My driver was told to bring me here, that was it. I ask for money back as this is 100 percent not the tour I was supposed to do, and heard nothing . Lunch they brought me to this restaurant they knew and I sat there by myself wondering why this was so disorganized. Leaving Bali with a bad taste, trying to remind myself of all the other wonderful tours I did with Get My Guide, will definitely be going that route from now on. Brutal

We would like to clarify the situation regarding your experience on **December 29**. On that day, Bali experienced **heavy rainfall**, which made river conditions unsafe. For **safety reasons**, our guide made the decision **not to proceed with river purification**, as strong currents and slippery access can be dangerous. Instead, the purification ritual was conducted at a **designated healing area**, which is commonly used as a safe alternative during extreme weather conditions.
The palm reading and purification ceremony were completed as part of the spiritual experience. However, we understand that the overall experience felt shorter than expected, and that the location differed from what you had envisioned based on the listing photos. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated at the time.
We would also like to clarify that the **tour duration of approximately 8 hours includes total travel time**, starting from **pickup at your hotel, transportation to the Ubud area, and return transfer**. The duration is not limited solely to the time spent at the activity location.
Regarding lunch arrangements, we regret that this felt disorganized and that you felt unattended. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared internally to help us improve coordination and guest communication.
Your safety was our top priority on the day, especially given the weather conditions. Nevertheless, we fully understand your disappointment and sincerely apologize that the experience did not align with your expectations.

Wow what an awesome experience. Can’t believe I haven’t learnt / experienced the culture of this wonderful country before now (have only been here 12 time)
