Awesome day trip with top notch tour operator

What an awesome day trip! Great for anyone. The tour operator was top notch, very well organized, they messaged us with the pickup time from our hotel and were punctual. We arrived at their offices at the pier and they greeted us with refreshments, clean facilities, toilets, etc. while we waited for the boat. Despite having multiple stops throughout the trip, they always found us made sure we made our way to the next attraction. We boarded a beautiful sail boat and had a great 2 hour trip to the pontoon before we reached the island with refreshments, snacks and awesome music. On the pontoon there was a water slide, banana boats and snorkeling. They made sure that we knew how long we would stay on the pontoon and when the boat was leaving for the island. They also gave us the option if we wanted to leave earlier for the island just to let them know. After about 1.5 hours on the pontoon, we boarded the boat for the island and had a great grilled lunch with chicken, shrimp, fish, rice, pasta, salads, fruit and dessert in this lovely restaurant right on the ocean. We had the option to go on a 45 tour to see a few things on the island but decided to stay at the restaurant in comfy chairs overlooking the ocean while enjoying a few drinks. We then returned to the boat and sailed back home right before sunset. Overall a 5 star rating! I even booked more tours with them and cancelled some others as I found this tour operator to be the best so far that we have used.
