Pickup time will be at 6:30 AM for Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur areas. For the Canggu, Ubud, and Uluwatu areas, there will be an extra charge of IDR 100K (paid directly to the driver). And pickup time will be early, at 6 a.m. Pickup location out of our coverage area will an extra charge depend on the distance.

Pickup and dropoff was included in our package. No prior confirmation was given by the driver for pickup details. He showed up at our hotel 15 minutes early, and then rushed us to the registration desk saying our ferry departs in half an hour. We reached there before even the tour guide had arrived, and had to wait there for 45 minutes. When we returned from Nusa Penida, our driver was nowhere to be seen though he had said he will come back to pick us up. We tried calling the number given with our booking confirmation, nobody picked up. Ultimately, we had no choice but to pay Rp. 200,000 for a taxi to get back to our hotel. Thoroughly disappointing, expensive and frustrating experience.
