Disappointing tour

The operator did not come to pick us up, and they didn’t respond for one hour. They then asked me to reschedule, because their driver was not responding. We did not have the time in Bali for another day. I lost a full day of my holidays because of this. I was not compensated. Very disappointing. I will not be using Viator again
