Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed your booking, and it appears that the ticket selected was only for the KL Tower Observatory Deck (Non-Malaysian). The Sky Terrace is not included in this ticket type. To access both levels, the All Access option must be selected at the time of booking.
