It was a bit tricky getting our tickets, but that was my fault for not checking.

Just walk up to the concierge at the ground floor of KLCC mall. They will direct you to one level below. There are people at every point to guide you. Once the scan your ticket they let you in. Worth a visit for sure.

Unacceptable 2 hour wait.
No use having an allotted time because if is dismissed. Poor customer service and communication.

The View is spectacular. Get to appreciate Great architecture. The time given given at each stop between 10-15 minutes can sound Short but it was actually enough.

A trip up the Petronas Towers is really a must do in KL. First stop is the sky bridge followed by the observation deck on the 86th floor. The views are amazing and the tour is well organised. Booking well in advance is essential, especially at night.

This iconic building, the pride of Malaysia, is a great experience. The history, the design and the views are magnificent. I could not see coming to Kuala Lumpur without a stop at the twin Petronas Towers. Walk the plaza/park behind it after, you’ll find a great variety of places for lunch.

I receive the confirmation e-mail after booking but no E-ticket.
Call the tour operator hot line, no one answer. My booking time slots was 14:15 and at last they sent me the E-ticket at 14:48.

Photos at the end were great but for the price of 69 euro you dont get much bang for your buck.
You get taken up in the lift to the sky bridge to take photos for 20 min then up a few more floors to cafe and shop.

Do not book with Viator. Although I booked 1.15pm for the Petronas Towers and all the confirmations said 1.15. When I got to Petronas Towers our actual ticket said 3.15 pm. Our bus trip left the Towers at 3 pm so absolutely useless. The staff at the Petronas Towers very kindly managed to let us in at about 1.45. I now don’t trust Viator

Incredible to be up so high overlooking Kl. Amazing buildings. Staff were very friendly and informative.
It was such a shame that there was so much haze which limited visibility but didn’t detract from our experience.

Lovely view without being terrifying. I dont particularly love heights. I was here 25 years ago and seeing all the new skyscrapers was thrilling.

Viator were great and as promised tickets arrived at hotel day before. Getting into the tower was straight forward. The visit up the tower was very regimented and every part was timed. You had to stay in your group colour which meant you weren’t free to move at your own pace. I found this disappointing as I would have liked more time in some areas and less in others. We also did the KL Tower which was much better.

Great trip up Petronas Towers. Viator were excellent, we arrived in KL on the day of our visit to the towers, We had contact from the agent by WhatsApp and the tickets were waiting at our hotel when we arrived. Our experience was timed at 7.30pm which we found perfect as it went from day to dusk while we were there, great views.

Our visit to Petronas Towers was one of many highlights of our holiday. Tours are very well organised and it is a very slick operation. We went at night and the views from the top were superb. We loved the whole experience and took some great photographs. A memorable excursion!.
