Due to safety reasons, personal bags are not allowed on the Sky Terrace, only items within 16in x 16in x 8in are allowed
For the safety of all guests, the open air Sky Terrace and Glass Box will not be open in case of inclement weather. You can call hotline number (open daily from 9:00am-6:00pm) to check if the Sky Deck is open prior to your visit. There will be no refunds made for vouchers already redeemed

For local Malaysians, please present a valid identification card at the point of redemption
Opening hours: 9:00am-8.:30pm, daily / Last admission time is 8:30pm (Depending weather conditions)
Please check with staff if the Sky Terrace is open before redeeming your tickets; if it is closed due to weather, contact us or ask the reception for an alternative date, as approval is at the discretion of KL Tower management.
In case of bad weather, entry is subject to the approval of KL Tower management. If KL Tower approves, you will receive an alternative date ticket—please get a revisitation slip at the ticket counter. If they do not approve, no alternative ticket will be issued and no refund will be provided from our side.
Please ensure that the passport copy matches the lead traveler's name, and the passport photo is essential for verification purposes.
Please note, during peak season, if there is heavy crowding and the tour exceeds the scheduled time, an additional waiting charge for transportation will apply."
The driver will pick you up and drop you off at the KL Tower. Please note, the driver will not assist with ticket redemption; you will need to redeem the ticket on your own.
Shared Tour
As per their regulations, the current ticket covering both the Sky Terrace and Observation Deck as a combined package cannot be used; to gain access, separate tickets for each attraction are required. If the Sky Terrace is closed, no refund or alternative tickets will be provided for that attraction.
