Really good and professional service - I really recommend this tour

We booked this tour for the 29th of December 2019. We really appreciated the tour, everything was so well organised. We had a highly knowledgeable guide who provided high details about the history of the different places we visited. The visit of the ancient town really put you back in time with its ancient buildings, some of which are listed and preserved. We were really blown-away by the Sea Food Lunch on the beach; It was way above our expectations, extremely delicious, well presented and the place really convenient. We really appreciated our driver as well, who was well mannered and allowed us ample time to take our pictures. We highly recommend this tour and that's a very honest review from our sides Helodie and friends

We keken er naar uit om deze tour met ons gezin te maken, maar een uur voor vertrek kregen we een telefoontje van de operator Natives Tours, dat we twee uur voor de afgesproken tijd hadden moeten vertrekken. Het was niet meer mogelijk om deze (privé!) tour te maken. Natives Tours beweerde dat ze een e-mail hadden gestuurd, maar ik heb die zeker niet ontvangen. Heel teleurstellend, want we wilden heel graag de highlights van Mombasa zien. Ik neem aan dat we een terugbetaling krijgen, maar Natives Tours ontkent verantwoordelijkheid en Viator werkt ook totaal niet mee.

Mr Fred, i am sorry that you did not get to attend the city tour, but you have no one to blame but yourself. Using different emails and profiles to leave bad reviews wont help solve your issue. This also shows that you very well know it was your own fault that you did not manage to attend the tour but you just cant accept it. On the website it is stated clearly that 8;30 am is when the tour is supposed to start, and pick up time is 2hours before start time. Despite the pick up information being displayed clearly, we also called you 6 times and sent you an email on Wednesday the day before the tour but your phone was not going through. We again tried calling you 7 times the morning of the tour and also sent another email informing you that the driver was already waiting for you at the reception area, but you were still unreachable. We later got a hold of you through the hotel room phone but it was already late to start your tour ,so after we talked i gave you an option to reschedule the tour to the next day whereby your wife agreed to it but you refused. I believe TripAdvisor shared with you all the screenshots of the our call log showing all the times we tried calling you,screenshots of the emails you claim you did not receive but we sent you, as well as a screenshot of where it states on the website that pick up time is 2 hours before start time and the exact pick up time will be communicated a day before the tour according to your pick up location. In this case you have no one to blame but yourself.
