The tour was incredibly well organized from start to finish. Our tour driver Rasheed was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared so much interesting information about the area. Every stop had breathtaking views, and seeing Mount Fuji up close was absolutely stunning.
Transportation was comfortable and everything ran perfectly on time.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan — it truly was one of the highlights of my trip!

We had a lovely private tour to Mount Fuji. As an elderly couple, we really appreciated how kind, patient, and helpful our guide Usman was throughout the day. He took great care of us and made the trip very comfortable and enjoyable going above and beyond. Seeing Mount Fuji was a wonderful experience. We would happily recommend this company to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

Our trip to Fuji was once-in-a-lifetime, and thanks to our driver and guide, Osman, we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable about the Japanese culture and all the places we’ve visited which made our trip a little learning experience on the Japanese culture. He also took great photos in key spots and adjusted the trip to our needs. We highly recommend him and if we ever come back to Japan with the kids we’ll have Osman as our guide again.

We had a great time seeing the sights.
The guide communicated well with us the day before and made a great suggestion that we start our day at 6 rather than the original 8 AM time. This helped us avoid rush hour traffic and got us there before the major bus line tours.
The vehicle was very clean and had plenty of room. And the guide was friendly and helpful.
The only suggestion I would make to future guests is to be clear which of the “optional” destinations you want to go to. When we got in the car, I said we would like to visit all of the options listed. I found out too late that the ice caves and wind caves were too far to go by that point in the day. If I had realized he didn’t understand my request sooner, I would have asked that we skip the shopping mall at the end in favor of the caves.
It ended up being a 9 hour day for our driver so I understood why he couldn’t accommodate the caves.
I suggest letting them know your priority of where you would like to go at the beginning of the day.
Overall it was a great day and had great views. It would have been a good tour even if the weather hadn’t been so great.

You can truly tailor this entire experience to your liking. I highly recommend this experience over others as you really do get to see Mt Fuji in a more interesting way.
Usman was very informative and really look the time to plan the best morning for us. We had originally booked for 7am but when speaking with Usman he recommended earlier to avoid the rush. Had we not left when we did we wouldn’t have had such a clear view of the mountain before the clouds rolled in.
Can’t think of a better way to see the mountain in all its glory.

This tour was amazing! Rashid did a great job ensuring we were comfortable and that we visited all the places we desired. I took my mother who couldn’t do a lot of walking, Rashid took the time to sit with her and walk with her a bit while we went ahead. He wanted to make sure she had a great experience too! This made her day.
Highly recommend this tour. Skip the big touristy bus operators and travel to Mt. Fuji in style like a VIP!

Our guide Usman was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. He made the day relaxed and at our own pace. Good driver as well in a modern, comfortable van. We actually saw Mt Fuji and Usman was just as excited as we were! I recommend this trip as the only way to go if you are a senior.

We had the best day today with our private guide, Usman, on a fully customisable private tour! This is a must do tour!!
Usman made the whole experience. He’s very friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. Nothing felt rushed and he went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time.
What stood out was how much effort he put into making the day special. He took us to some amazing hidden spots that we never would have found on our own, and made sure we had plenty of time to take in the views and get some the postcard-worthy photos.
We’ve actually done some of the more “popular” tours before and were pretty disappointed, so this was on a completely different level. It felt much more personal, far better organised, and just a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish.
I’ll 100% be recommending this to family and friends. If you want the best possible way to see Mount Fuji and actually enjoy the day rather than feel rushed around, this is the tour to book. Honestly don’t be pulled towards other company tours - this is the one to do!!

Our guide Rashid gave us an early start. Instead of 8am, he suggested to start the trip at 7am to avoid the crowd and traffic. We appreciated the fact that we were able to plan and customize the places we wanted to visit. We were able to see 5 out of the 7 listed. We removed the outlet stop to maximize the sights. While driving us around, Rashid also shared the history of each location. This day tour was a good way to see and andmire all the angles/views of Mount Fuji. Highly recommended.

Usman was an excellent guide. He recommended that we leave earlier than we were scheduled and thank goodness he did because that’s the only reason we were able to see Mt. Fuji. He was helpful and full of information during our tour and he was great about answering our questions as well as all of our kids’ questions. When the clouds rolled in and Mt. Fuji was no longer visible, he changed up the tour and gave us numerous options to keep all of us active and entertained. This tour was worth every penny and more!

We had an outstanding Mount Fuji day tour with our driver-guide Shabeer.
From the very beginning his suggestion to start early proved invaluable — it allowed us to see Mount Fuji clearly in the morning before the clouds rolled in later. His planning and local knowledge made a big difference to the experience.
Shabeer arrived about 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and the entire day ran smoothly and comfortably. He took us to all the best viewpoints around the Fuji area and ensured we experienced a wonderful mix of iconic photo spots, scenic lake views and traditional village locations.
What truly stood out was his attentiveness. At each stop he helped us capture beautiful photographs and videos from the best angles, which made the memories even more special. He also recommended excellent places to eat along the way, adding a lovely local touch to the day.

We could not have had a better experience or day! Rashid was so pleasant and accommodating. He helped us plan our day so we could maximize what we saw based on our preferences. He even let us know where and which shrines had stamps to add to our books, about the melon cake at Mt Fuji, etc. He made sure to have us headed in the right direction or walked us if we needed and was sure to check in and contact us via text/ WhatsApp, etc.

We had a fabulous trip to Fuji! Our driver Usman tipped us to start earlier to get ahead of the crowds of tourists. That was great! He was there on time, so we could start right away. The 500 steps to the pagoda overlooking Mount Fuji were definitely worth it: a great view of the mountain, the pagoda and in our case cherry blossoms in the sunshine. The other stations were also well selected by Usman and some were still small secret spots. During the tour he gave us a lot of information about the area, Fuji and life in Japan. It gave us a lot of pleasure to talk to him - it made it a very pleasant tour. The car was super clean and very comfortable, so even the trip to the individual stations was relaxed. Usman has always adapted to our wishes and given good tips so that we get our dream tour with great views and wonderful photos. Thank you very much! We can recommend the tour (especially with Usman as rider) 100%. Also the booking and communication in the background with the tour operator worked wonderfully and promptly.
