I was a bit sceptical about this tour but it turned out to be very interesting.The sights were wonderful,the mountain,the waterfall and the temple and of course the unique tea museum was amazing.Our tour guide Cindy took great care of us explaining everything in detail and even took our photos.A must do activity while in jeju

Even though the rain played spoilsport during our visit to Hallasan, the rest of the tour was absolutely wonderful. Jessica was an excellent guide who kept everyone engaged throughout the day, making the travel time between destinations just as enjoyable as the attractions themselves. Provides a good view of several interesting Jeju spots with both culture, history and nature combined. Our guide Michael was very knowledgeable and friendly and we had a good time during the 10 hours of the tour.

I was so glad that there was extra umbrella in the coach cos mine spoilt due to strong wind with the unexpected heavy rain during tour.Lunch was really good,though service could be better..

Daicy was a fantastic tour guide and gave us a breakdown of the characteristics and people of Jeju Island. She guided us through 6 different locations throughout the day and the timing was great - we got to see everything without any issues. A WhatsApp group was setup before the day of the tour, and the pickup times and meeting points were posted to avoid confusion. All in all a great day of sightseeing and very well organised.

This was a great trip with lots of physical activity, walking Uganda down hills and stairs. The driver was safe. The guide was good at communicating and sticking to the time. She was also great at being available for questions and other supports.

Well-planned, time at different places adequate, professional execution, sensible route and mostly nice/beautiful places - good to get a first impression.
Our guide was nice and helpful, also professional; however, her English was not so easy to understand ... and she talked a little too much, repeated some of her information (e.g. times) four or five times. For that reason, I sometimes was not able to listen anymore.
Today, I got a rental car to do the east side of the island and must say, the flexibility you gain from that teaches me that a bus tour is not for me. Driving on Jeju is very relaxed, rental cars inexpensive.

It makes a huge difference when having a great guide - we had Daicy & she made our day great. She explained everything in detail before arriving, giving us free time to explore. It was a well paced tour, not difficult at anytime. Yes I’d recommend this tour. Oh the cherry blossoms 🌸 were amazing - how lucky we were to see them.

This was a perfect tour for my first time to Jeju Island. We saw a lot of different sights in just one day. And Han was a great tour guide! He was friendly, a safe and capable driver and I liked how he gave us a summary of the tour site then often let us explore on our own.

I am leaving 5 stars despite the fact that we didn't get to see Mt. Halla (roads were closed due to weather). Han, our guide, made up for the changed itinerary by taking our group to other places and showing us some other things. We ended up seeing things that weren't originally planned instead of the mountain. It was a great experience despite having to pivot.

This was a wonderful tour. We had Hays as our guide and she was amazing. Along the way between the stops she explained the history and relevance of what we were going to see so once we got there we had context on the things we were looking at. The amount of stops in the day was awesome and all of the stops were different from each other so it wasn't like you were saying similar things throughout the day. Big shout out to Hays the guide, her explanations of everything 200% made this a great your.

Terrible a tour in the south and you will be picked up in the north. 40 km taxi and then go back the same 40. In addition, the locations are not really worthwhile if nothing is told and you get "free time". Points get ragged and it doesn't make sense. Finally, the guide keeps repeating everything 60 times, until you get a headache and forget the beginning of the conversation. In short, you better arrange something yourself instead of doing this tour. Am I that negative? Yeah, about this one. In Busan had a tour also from Viator, pricey, but great. This tour terrible!!!
