The guide was punctual. But it seems that she picked us up in her own private car which was a bit dirty and messy. The air con of the car did not seem to be working so it was quite unpleasant to travel in. Due to the rain, we were not able to go to the maze park. So we enquired if we could go to the green tea plantation but she said it’s not possible because it would take 2.5 hours. We decided to end the tour early and we reached the hotel even before the schedule end time. Seems like the guide only wanted it to be convenient for her and not to show the beauty of Jeju.

Hi Daphne! I'm sorry that our guide couldn't make you a satisfactory Jeju tour. If you couldn't go to Maze Park because of the rain, the guide should have introduced you to other great places, and I think she was lacking in that regard. If there's another chance, our company will pay more attention to make it a better tour.

Andrew was a wonderful tour guide. We had suggestions on where to go but he had one improvement on a site. He said there was some place better. And he was right! Thank you Andrew! This was the best way to see jeju. Highly recommend to see places without worrying about driving, parking or directions!
