Itinerary

Day 1: Istanbul – Arrival

A driver will meet you upon arrival at Ataturk Airport and assist you with check in at your hotel.

Day 2: Istanbul City Tour (B, L)

Meet a driver after breakfast at your hotel, then see some of the historic landmarks of Istanbul’s Old City. See the remarkable architecture of Hagia Sophia, and follow in the footsteps of the Sultans at Topkapi Palace. Visit the Blue Mosque and the site of the ancient Hippodrome, then explore the Grand Bazaar with your guide.

The day concludes with drop-off at your hotel, but your guide can arrange a dinner cruise or evening show if desired (own expense).

Day 3: Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour (B, L)

A driver will pick you up after breakfast at your hotel and bring you to Istanbul’s famous Spice Bazaar, where you can browse aisles of fragrant spices and food vendors. Get views of Istanbul from the water on a sightseeing cruise of the Bosphorus Strait, passing the grand Dolmabahce Palace, Yildiz Palace, the Ottoman Rumeli Fortress, and Beylerbeyi Palace, where Ottoman Sultans passed the hot summer months.

After the cruise, head to the top of Camlica Hill for sweeping views of the city, and visit a series of workshops to learn about traditional silk, jewelry, and leather. This full day of sightseeing concludes with drop-off at your hotel.

Day 4: Istanbul – Departure (B)

A driver will meet you at your hotel for transfer to the airport or cruise port.
