Taha was the best guide!!

We booked very last minute - thank goodness it was low season in late November! Taha was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the history and the stories of the sights. We were extra thrilled with being able to skip the lines and jump right to the front to get inside at Hagia Sophia and especially at the Basilica Cistern (which we chose to see instead of the Palace Topkapi because it was of more interest to us and a bucket list place to see). We enjoyed Taha’s easygoing manner and sense of humor. Our very short stopover was made 100 percent worth it by booking with Taha to hit the highlights. Now we are planning to return for a longer trip to Türkiye in the future and going on a food tour with Taha!

Not wanting to waste a full day waiting for hotel check-in, I decided to book a tour with Taha—and I’m so glad I did! From the start, Taha was incredibly friendly and professional. He reached out to me even before the tour date to make sure I had everything I needed, and he was more than willing to adjust the itinerary based on my preferences. Taha even met me earlier than the original booking time I had requested and personally picked me up, making the whole experience super comfortable and convenient. The skip-the-line passes were a total game changer—lines can get really long, and this saved a lot of time and hassle. Thanks to Taha’s thoughtful planning and knowledge, I was able to see everything I wanted and more. Toward the end of the day, we stopped by a few local shops, which I hadn’t expected, but Taha made it clear there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I just enjoyed the experience and the warm hospitality. Overall, the day felt less like a formal tour and more like spending time with a local friend. I’d highly recommend Taha to anyone visiting—he really made my first day in the city memorable!
