Entire experience was awesome from start to finish. Manny was the best. Great communication prior to the tour to ensure we met up at the right place and the right time. Manny’s energy was infectious and he made sure everyone had a great time and keeping everyone safe. Pictures and video can’t properly capture how clear and beautiful the water is. I can’t recall the captain’s name but he was also fantastic. I highly recommend them both.

Our family had an incredible snorkeling adventure with Alexis and “El Gato”! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the reefs around Isla Mujeres. Throughout the tour, they pointed out stingrays, colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, and other marine life that we would have completely missed on our own.
They made sure everyone was comfortable, kept us well supplied with bottled water, and even treated us to fresh, delicious ceviche after our snorkeling stops—a perfect way to end the trip.
If you’re looking for a fun, safe, and memorable snorkeling experience around Isla Mujeres, we highly recommend this tour. Alexis and El Gato made the day unforgettable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again on our next trip to Cancun!
Friendly and professional staff. Walkable from anywhere on the north side of the island (at or north of the main ferry port). Very easy snorkeling tour that takes advantage of the current, so no hard swimming required. Lots of fish and some rays. Recommended if already on Isle Murjeres.
I had an amazing experience with Gerson and Diego. I booked the snorkeling tour online and had so much fun. I appreciate that it was such a small group (we were 9 I think) as it was my first time snorkeling and I was a little nervous about it. But Gerson was a patient and thoughtful guide who explained everything very well and with a smile. They both took us to 3 different localizations finishing big with the underwater museum where we saw the statues. They also gave us fresh drinks and you can eat at the restaurant after swimming which is included. It was an amazing first experience I really recommend it ! 💛

This snorkeling trip was great! We saw lots of fish, including pufferfish, angelfish, and rainbow fish, as well as a searay. Our tour guide, Gerson Bachato, and the driver, Ernesto, were very kind. Gerson allowed us to dive down for a closer look. Also, Gerson gave us directions to the ATM and showed us the cheapest place to rent a golf cart! Fantastic guy
Great snorkeling experience, with convenient 12pm meeting time right on Miguel Hidalgo Ave, and 4 stops for snorkeling in the ocean. The water was so clear and we saw so many colorful fish, with our tour guide, Alexis and boat driver, Ernesto, being patient with our different swimming skill levels and showing us the best snorkeling spots! Snacks at local restaurant afterwards were just ok but there was the option to order more from the menu.
This was truly an incredible experience! Our guide, Alexis, and boat captain, Ernesto, were fun, welcoming, knowledgeable, and all around amazing! We loved that this tour took us to three snorkeling spots and gave us a ton of time in the water! 100/10 experience!
Alex and Diego were our tour guides for the snorkeling trip and both of the guys were so much fun. We stopped at 3 of the beautiful spots and saw all types of fish and underwater treasures. They served up some delicious margaritas to our group of 7 people and also took us to a nice small restaurant for an included snack. Thank you for a wonderful day with you guys!!!
This was perfect in every way! Great experience and Gerson is the perfect guide. He was so patient and fun. It was my 2nd time snorkeling and he made it so comfortable and safe. You see really cool things on this tour. The waters were not too rough, which was perfect. Highly recommend.
Such a fun experience and the staff was great. The places they took us to snorkel were beautiful. Location was easy to find after we got off the ferry.
This was a phenomenal experience. We saw so many tropical fish we hadn't seen before (best in my experience of snorkeling). There were three sites we went in the water, the last being the statues. Due to waves and current, the visibility for the statues wasn't phenomenal but we still saw a few things there. Gerson was a great guide, kept head count frequently and wrangled the group as people started straying; offered water after each site. Palomas were delicious. Our snacks were not on board, but rather after at a restaurant. Make sure to eat before going as we though lunch was provided on board and were starving after.
Our tour guide was fun and personable. It was a beautiful day and we saw three stingrays and a turtle! Only complaint about the actual tour was that they should probably offer people flippers when the water is a little rougher, for people who are less skilled at swimming. We stopped at three places, and the first place offered the best view of fish and stingrays and turtle (one of my best snorkeling experiences with the first stop!). The middle spot was meh. The last spot had the underwater statues, which I think would have been better if you were scuba diving or with more marine life. Margaritas on board and small snack after at a restaurant were nice touches!
Great trip - all kinds of fish, also spotted a couple of turtles, big waves - but felt totally safe with the boat and staff. Delicious little snack after, ended up eating a full meal in the restaurant which was really good.
It was fantastic! The crew were super friendly, we saw a tonne of fish including pufferfish, parrot fish and Barracuda. We even saw a Stingray snd a Green turtle. It was truly magical.

The actual tour was good. Both Alexis and Diego were great and very helpful during the tour. The advertised margarita was nothing to rave about and the snack ended up being at a business next to the meeting point that was just looking to upscale. I would skip the drink and the snack but would recommend the tour.
Amazing afternoon. Diego and Alexis were great. We went to three different locations. All were unique and amazing. Saw a ton of variety and the water is crystal clear.
Despite the windy weather, tour guide gave us the best experience possible. Kevin our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the rest of the crew kept us safe. Was such a beautiful and one of a kind experience. Would do this again. Highly recommend.

Extremely fun snorkel trip. It was a crazy windy day and they still managed to find awesome places for us to see beautiful fish. Diego went out of his way to make sure we knew what we were seeing and that we are always safe. Loved the small boat feel. Tons of time in the water. Highly recommend

The snorkelling was really cool, we saw loads of beautiful fish and manta rays, and the guides were friendly and helpful. The tour was great in general however we were asked for tips several times by various different people throughout the experience which was uncomfortable- maybe they are used to guests from the US where this is more normal but from my perspective it’s already a slightly expensive activity and asking for tips several times ruins the vibe a bit - makes me think either are the guides themselves not being paid enough or are they just trying to take advantage ? Not a good look either way

So awesome, we went to three different spots and snorkeled with a bunch of different fish. We saw sting ray and turtles too. It was beautiful and the best experience we could have asked for. The guides were really awesome and the whole trip was 10/10
Overall a nice snorkeling experience.
Pretty hectic schedule when on the boat if you are a family with kids that you have to help with the snorkeling gear. The guides were very helpful once you are in the water.
The last snorkeling spot was beautiful and you get to see a lot of different fish.
So fun, well organized, the guides were great, and we saw lots of sea life. The 3-hour timing was perfect.

This snorkeling excursion takes you to three different spots off the coast of Isla Mujeres, with each one being a fun unique experience. The first stop has you float with the current to a lighthouse checking out all the wild life along the route which was beautiful. The second spot is much calmer and you can swim around, seeing a bunch of different reefs and fish. The final spot was the underwater museum with statues and also a car lol. All of them were really fun!
Our guide Alexis was great and was taking photos of us with a GoPro while we snorkeled and swam around, and helpful in pointing out different kinds of animals like parrot fish and a manta ray.
Highly recommend this excursion, especially if you love swimming and nature!
Diego & Julio were excellent tour guides but I forgot to get their info so I could get the photos they took throughout the day
