Call ahead to confirm your trip before you show up to their shop. They didn’t bother calling me back and canceling my trip. I booked a 2 tank dive the day before (about 20 hours before). When I showed up at the time on my Viator ticket, the employee at the shop claimed I was as booked for the following day. At first, he tried calling other shops to fit me into their trip. After that failed, he tried to persuade me to do the two dives the following day, 12 hours before my flight home. I courteously declined and received a full refund. The first shop I booked the 2 dives through the Viator app called me immediately after the booking and canceled the reservation, because they were not able to fulfill it. The whole thing cost me two empty taxi rides. Poor business ethics.

I deeply regret the inconvenience you experienced with your reservation.
I understand your frustration, and I want to explain what happened. Your original reservation was scheduled for Saturday afternoon, but we understand that you made a change through Viator to Friday.
Unfortunately, Viator did not notify us of this change, and therefore, it was not reflected in our system.
On Friday, we only had a morning departure and did not have an available group for the afternoon. When you arrived at the dive center on Friday and we noticed these changes, we did everything possible to place you with another dive center, but unfortunately, no one had departures available at that time.
We kindly offered you our attention and the possibility of diving on Saturday, as originally scheduled in your reservation, but we understand that it was not possible for you.
We reiterate our sincerest apologies for all the inconvenience caused.
We have processed the cancellation of your reservation, and Viator has directly refunded your payment.

The crew were very friendly and created a wonderful experience. The dives were great. They made adjustments so my wife could snorkel while I dived, as she wasn't able to equalize her ears due to a cold.

Jesus was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was good at pointing out wild life to us on our dives. The boat crew was friendly and fun! We had our own boat and we ran a few minutes late due to the ferry taking awhile but they accommodated us beautifully. Would definitely use again!
