This was hands-down one of the best snorkeling experience I've ever had! From start to finish, the trip was exceptional, largely due to our phenomenal crew: Oscar the guide, and Carlos the captain and chef.
Oscar was truly a pro. He was incredibly professional, personable, and patient with everyone in our group. He had a natural ability to put everyone at ease, regardless of their snorkeling experience level. It was clear he was very experienced and highly competent in guiding us through the water, pointing out amazing marine life while prioritizing our safety and comfort the whole time.
Captain Carlos navigated the waters smoothly, getting us to the best spots efficiently.
And let's talk about the lunch! Carlos prepared fresh red snapper ceviche right on the boat, and it was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. A perfect end to a perfect time in the water.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a top-tier snorkeling adventure. Be sure to ask for this particular team—Oscar and Carlos made it an unforgettable day!

The Lighthouse Reef area is FABULOUS! Shallow, good soft coral and so much marine life. MUSA isn’t very interesting. Third site is ok, deeper water, hard corals bleached.

Beautiful snorkeling! I was about to give up on snorkeling. I had never really seen anything that interesting in the five times I had gone to other places. However, I felt like I was swimming through a school of fish a few times and they were right there, all over the place. Creation at its finest. I almost felt like I was swimming in a Disney animated film.

absolutely an amazing experience! bring medicine if you get motion sickness because i sure got sea sick but it didn’t ruin the experience! Our guide Leo was absolutely amazing! he points out all the animals and statues you might miss, his english was great and he’s great with kids and making them feel safe and secure if they were stressed in the water! They have a Go Pro rental option when you get there for like $30 for your entire trip and you get to film and take pictures of everything and they personally upload straight to your camera roll! They also fed you which is great, bring cash to tip guide and boat driver! they take card for the rental of the Go Pro!

Our guide Leo was so good! He was super knowledgeable and brought a small group of us out to three different reefs. All were unique and beautiful. We also chilled at a beach resort on the south end of the island and ate really good food. Highly recommend this tour.

The snorkeling tour was fun and affordable. For people familiar with snorkeling this is fantastic. The tour goes fast and you’re taken in a small boat out to three locations, where you hop off and explore for about 20 min (with a guide) before retuning to land for some delicious fish and rice at Playa Tiburon. This may not be for first timers though. There is very little instruction/ step by step guidance, it’s very fast paced, loud, and choppy on the water (not for those prone to sea sickness!) and you do have to launch yourself into the water off the side of the boat which when grappling with new equipment is a lot to manage. The snorkels themselves are pretty basic, the tubes don’t have a valve or splash guard to keep water out. The currents as well are strong in some places. I was pushed into some rocks and banged my knee, not so bad just a stronger current than expected. Overall it was a great tour, just keep in mind it may best for those who have snorkeled at least a handful of times.

Viator was helpful in offering an alternate but similar adventures as there was some minimum and maximum age restrictions
Our guides were knowledgeable, experienced, caring and kept the small group size together when in the water.
The three locations were amazing. The first location was a shallow water snorkel to get you familiar with the adventure, there were many colorful fish small to medium size. The second was at the underwater statues....so cool, they looked like the terracotta soldiers and there was even a VW Bug car that helped make up the artificial reef. The third location was in deeper water maybe 4-5 meters and a natural reef setting which was very exciting.
Lunch was at a beach side cafe where you could enjoy the local surroundings

I don't know it was one the best experiences had in Cancun. Leo and Pancho were a great team for leading us to best locations. The day before we went snorkeling in a national park and we even paid more but what we saw and what we ate here were much better.

Pretty disappointing. My mom was badly injured by the boat trying to get into the water. Her thumb was gashed and fractured. There were not prepared with adequate medical supplies. She was injured again getting off the boat as it was not close enough to the dock and very difficult to climb out.

I'm terrible with names but I think we had Felipe and Lolo. They were very kind and helpful throughout the experience. It was a windy day so the snorkeling itself was a bit rough. I loved seeing the underwater statues and just seeing all the fish.

Philippe was a super guide! We are very experienced snorkelers and can say the areas they picked had a tremendous variety and quantity of fish (some of the best we,ve seen. He filmed special finds on his water camera and shared them after, like a stingray and puffer fish. He made the ceviche himself and it was really tasty. You won’t regret anything!

We had a great time with this tour. The snorkeling itself was wonderful, and the tour guides were very considerate and tried to ensure everyone had a nice time. The meal was very very tasty, with some amazing grilled fish. The guides were very kind and helpful throughout, would highly recommend!

Excellent tour. Isla fun tours company. Guides very good helpful, professional, fun. There was a guide snorkeling with us each time to lead. Good equipment/ boat. They even drove us by the dolphin encounter and tasty lunch tacos/ salad/ pasta at the playa tiburon club. And they never once asked for any tips. Of course please tip them.

This was not a good snorkeling trip. The first stop the boat dropped us in shallow water and we swam a long way out just to see the same kind of fish that was in the shallow water. It was exhausting and not worth it. Then we stopped by to see other people swimming with dolphins in a blocked off area but we couldn’t do that. Then the. Ext stop was the Museum but we only
2 things, the beetle and some statues. The water was rough and we had to swim against the current the whole time. Last stop was the tiburon food stop. You don’t get a choice in food. They give you fish, rice, plain pasta, and cabbage. It was terrible. They have a deal worked out with the restaurant to bring you there. The servers were hateful and would not

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing snorkeling trip. We understand your frustration, and we’d like to clarify a few points based on the tour information.
Regarding the food, our tour information and your reservation ticket specifies that drinks are not included and that external beverages are not permitted at all the restaurants on the island. We do offer both chicken and fish as options, so it's unfortunate that this was not communicated properly. Additionally, the restaurant served your group the same meal twice, so it doesn’t seem like it was that terrible.
As for the snorkeling conditions, we acknowledge that the sea currents can be challenging and are beyond our control. However, we do provide all the necessary snorkeling equipment to ensure your safety and comfort.

Leo and his father were very helpful and kind. Leo was the tour guide and took us in the water to Snorkel to some pretty cool spots; was with us inside the water the whole time informing us about the underwater life and directing us. His father was our driver keeping us safe with no motion sickness, and staying near by in case someone was not feeling well. My family and I enjoyed our trip, it was very hot and they were kind enough to keep our waters in a cooler. They protect the marine life thus they disencouraged us from applying additional sunscreen, although our sunscreen was specifically to protect the marine life. As a result my family and I got burned, so apply enough sunscreen before arriving. They took us to eat to a cool spot, which was included in the packet. If you like fish they cook some delishes king fish. The chicken was ok, but the fish was the winner for us. All in all my family and I enjoyed the snorkeling experience and the stop to the restaurant and local shops.

Great snorkelling in beautiful clear warm water. Saw loads of fish, including a barracuda and a stingray (from the boat!) The guides were great and it was probably the most enjoyable day of our holiday.

Guides were friendly, prompt, and organized. Snorkel was good, we saw lots of fish. We got in three times. Museum was cool.
Lunch was awesome! Tiburon beach was nice where we ate. A little bar and some shops. (And a shark!)
I was with my teen son who really enjoyed this experience.

The crew were friendly - professional - fun and knowledgeable.
The three places we visited were absolutely beautiful however it did feel a bit rushed as we all needed to follow our guide and stay in a cluster.
I absolutely love snorkeling and felt like this took away from the experience of taking it all in. Rushed.
