This was such a great experience, 10/10 recommend! Kevin was a great guide & Diego took us to great spots. The semi private tour was perfect, it’s a small group so you get more 1/1 guidance, but we also had fun together. Highly recommend!

It was a great day! Diego and his colleague took very good care of our group of 7. We went to three different locations and they all had lots of fish and beautiful reef. I would book again in a heartbeat. They were professional, on time and the tour even went over the promised four hours. It was a blast!

Isle Mujeres snorkel trip never forget

This was an amazing trip! Alexis and Ernesto were amazing guides and made us all feel very comfortable and safe. I would go back again and again. So many fish, sea turtles and even a nurse shark! The underwater museum was incredible as well! Thumbs way up

I really enjoyed the snorkelling on this tour. I've done a lot of snorkelling, and it was actually better than I expected. I'm glad I went in the small group for more personalized service, and liked swimming with the guide to point out different fish and show us where to go. The snacks at the restaurant afterwards were delicious as well! 👍

The tour was nice and the guys very professional and fun. This said…we booked semi-private tour to avoid crowds and to have the chance to snorkeling with a small group of people. We checked-in on time and, when the activity should have been already started, we have been informed that there wasn’t a group for us on that day, so we have been added to a standard group. We were 17! Ok, we have been refunded 25USD pp but we were left with no choice as refusing the standard group would have meant not to snorkeling at all on that day. In the end we didn’t received the service we paid for and we would have liked to know it beforehand (maybe the day before) to be able to pick another provider or another day.

It was fabulous snorkeling. We are in our 60's and 20+ years older than the other divers but kept up just fine! Fabulous guide and fish were amazing, some of the best snorkeling we had ever done.

Our experience was great! We had a small group of 6 including ourselves and our instructor was informative on the dolphins. The 2 dolphin experience was a lot of fun. We could have done without the sea lion or manatee as those were very brief and felt like we were being herded and rushed a bit. They definitely want you to buy the picture packages and it's more than the experience itself, by a lot. Even if you just want one picture it's $40 or the package was $177. You have to pay for lockers, too, which everything all kind of adds up and makes it a tourist trap. Overall though, we had so much fun with the dolphin interactions and glad we did it!! There's more to do there than just that, they had a couple of pools if you brought your children and wanted to make a day of it.

Take sea sickness medication!

This was a lot of fun for me as a first time snorkeler and we saw tons of animals and plants under the water. One thing to be aware of is that it's quite a small boat and it's likely to move a lot both at rest and during transit. I highly recommend taking motion sickness medication like bonine in advance. My husband didn't take it and was quite sea sick despite having spent a lot of time in the water and never having an issue before. Even with medication I was a bit woozy for the rest of the day.

VERY nice and knowledgeable staff ( special thank-you to Juan and Diego). We enjoyed the turquoise sea; plenty of fish ( small and quite large) ; the highlight was a young turtle sighting; great ceviche to follow. We had a GREAT afternoon!

It’s the best snorkeling experience I have had so far. I saw stingrays and one turtle and hundreds of colorful fishes of all sizes. My one big complaint is I have not received my trip pictures and I have text the guy Diego directly more than twice. To me this is very unprofessional, he has not even acknowledged my text.

It was hard to find the meeting place, once we got there no one was there to greet for 20 minutes. We were not even sure if there was going to be a tour. Lunch was really bad. No one in our group could eat it. Overall very disappointed with this experience

3 hour VIP small group

Pros- 3 locations, lots of fish, guide helps point them out and tell you what kinds. Small water bottles and margaritas. Cons- Do NOT bring anyone that can’t just jump off the side of boat. They expect you to jump off the side and get back up a ladder that the last step is right at water level and the rungs are far spaced out causing strain on legs and back getting back in the boat. We asked to use the ladder to get in but they refused until my 60 year old mom begged them. The child’s life jacket was hanging by threads. Also the meeting location- you have to walk a quarter mile to the meeting point from the ferry station. Then you wait in the heat for everyone to arrive. we wasted 30 min past scheduled time just to fast walk back to basically the ferry station. The healthy sandwich is mayo and shredded carrots on wheat bread.

This snorkeling experience was so much fun and it was thanks to Uriel and Ernesto! Ernesto was such a great guide and I actually got to see a puffer fish for the first time because of him. Definitely recommend this trip and you won't be disappointed. The whole thing was just beautiful.

This small family company was great. Did an outstanding job. I love small family companies with small boats. No crowds, takes you where big boats don’t go. The captain and first mate were so friendly. The boat may not be much to look at but it was sturdy and did the job.

This was an amazing bucket-list experience! We only had 5 people on our tour. Our guide, Kevin, was amazing. He pointed out lots of different fish. We saw nurse sharks, a spotted eagle ray, several other rays, barracuda, and dozens of other kinds of fish. The captain, Miguel, was very good at looking out for us when we were in the water and keeping other tours away from our area. I would definitely recommend this tour and company.

Have a Plan B because they cancelled twice.

Kevin and Ernesto were great. Wonderful snorkeling at lighthouse and other stops even in less than great conditions. Ceviche was excellent and our kids had a great time overall. Smaller boat but we expected that since it was a smaller tour.

While we had an enjoyable time there are some things I wish I'd known before booking: 1. We were really only in the water for about 45min-1hour. It took almost an hour just to complete check in and get on our boat. 2. There is an added $5 pp dock fee that is not included in the price. 3. While snorkeling isn't "hard", the boat they used on our tour required dexterity, balance and strength to exit and re-enter. These aren't walk-off boats with submerged ladders. You will need to jump off the boat from higher up and climb a ladder back over the ledge.
