    Do not boom through Viator — wont process refund for cancelled tour.

    Tour we booked was cancelled due to weather, rescheduled to a different day, then cancelled again. Tour operator said we were due a refund, but it could only be collected through Viator, who gave several incorrect reasons then went dark. So we are out a fair bit of money with no recourse. We understand that things happen, but we will not book through Viator again.
