This was such a fun afternoon activity! Mitzi (and trainee Tim) were great teachers. I loved learning about the different types of cheeses as well as trying a variety of wine. We had a blast making the fondue. I enjoyed getting to know the others in the small group.

Definitely a hands on experience. Our group of 10 had a wonderful time. The staff were fantastic too!

      Our instructor, Mitzi (not sure of spelling) was fantastic. We were her first class she taught alone and she did a great job. She was lively, fun and very knowledgable about wine and cheese. The entire 3 hours was so full of laughs and the food was delicious. We had so much fun with the entire class that we stayed for awhile after the class to take pictures in the gardens and Mitzi brought each of us a glass of wine while we were hanging out. I highly recommend this class

      We did the Taste It Cheese Tour with Julia, who was absolutely lovely—friendly, funny, and incredibly welcoming. She even brought a great selection of dips to enjoy with the cheese fondue. The entire experience was amazing.

      A classic Swiss experience - History, Wine and CHEESE!

      What a great value, my friends, husband and I are traveling in Switzerland and this Fondue experience is one of the highlights of our trip. You begin with a cheese and wine tasting, learning about the different Swiss cheeses and the story of the cows in the mountains for better tasting milk and cheese, followed with the do it yourself Fondue experience. After learning all the secrets to making great fondue you eat a variety of olives, fruit, onions, pickles, tomatoes, cucumbers and yes of course bread. This was a great deal of fun and we highly recommend it.

      We had a confirmation from Viator but the provider was not prepared to offer the cooking class that day. The provider, who was traveling, kindly offered a fondue dinner at their restaurant or the class on another day, but our plans and itinerary required us to take a refund.

      This cheese activity was excellent and delicious. Lucina was so nice and so knowledgeable. I love the way that she introduced the five different wines and five different cheeses. This was all before we made our own pizza and then shared cheese Fondue. A delightful afternoon. I highly recommend this activity.

      Fun-due Experience!

      Cedric was a wonderful and whimsical host. He provided a great experience to learn about fondue, the types of cheeses that can be used, and how to properly prepare. The fondue is prepared in groups of four. The taste was excellent. We had unlimited bread, pickles, pearl onions, bell peppers, and pineapple for dipping + unlimited white wine to drink throughout the experience. It was well worth the cost & duration. Would highly recommend and do again.

      Cedric was great. Lots of subject and local knowledge. Great sense of humor! If you enjoy white wine and cheese you will love this. Fun time for adults when the weather drives you indoors. Highly recommend!
