I’ve requested a refund for this tour, since the tour operator did not show up or respond to several attempts at contacting them. My party waited for nearly an hour at the location arranged for pickup with no communication at all from the tour contact. Luckily we were able to find a very kind Uber driver who drove us to the North Shore and returned later in the day to take us back to Waikiki. But, it was still frustrating to have an hour wasted and our plans change because of this tour operator.

We were in Hawaii for the first time, party if 9, no rental car. Everyone and their brother were in Hawaii post Covid lockdown. We wanted to get out of Waikiki and explore N. Shore. We booked this transportation not knowing what to expect. Pleasantly surprised to meet Acey (SP?). He is a true local who knew everyone and everything about this island. He took us all over N. Shore, from Waimea Valley to Waimea Bay, to a lunch stop, we saw a sea turtle, shopping. He was amazing and very patient with us all day!!

In the times of Covid, we have all learned to pivot. This tour was changed the morning of to the Aloha Circle Island Tour - Full Day Adventure. Best tour guide in Oahu. Captain Vince operates on efficiency and fun only! We never had to wait in lines and had an amazing, relaxing day!
