It would have been really nice but mother nature did not cooperate with us, it rained so hard, we only had few minutes to looked around. We waited but it's too wet and muddy so we decided to leave. Plus we have our senior mom with us. It was fun and educational.

They didn’t turn up We booked and waited for two hours a and waited in the hotel lobby. Tried contact unit no reply

We contacted you since we find out that. We checked with you if you could change the date into the date after, and finally we informed the full refund. La excursión ha estado bien. El punto más negativo: no pudimos disfrutar del paseo en barco ya que el guía estuvo todo ese tiempo reclamándonos un dinero que no teníamos que pagar y nosotros tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con la agencia.

Le us explain like this : 1-Because you booked tour on viator not included entrance tickets to My Son so we think you will pay it to us when you on the trip so we inform our guide help us collect that money. He did not know you paid already entrance tickets to My Son by yourself so he asked you that money for that. 2-When we knew you paid that money, we also inform to our guide and said apologised to you about that. To be honest, we just think that is small problem so you will understand that for us. And we really so sorry you again for that problem happen on the trip. We sure that it will not happen again.
