Amazing experience and highlight of our stay in Hoi An

We had an amazing day. Kien picked us up from our hotel and drove us to a local market where fresh produce was sold. We then went to Cam Thanh coconut village and had a lot of fun on the basket boat ride. We enjoyed our cooking class, learning to cook a few dishes with good explanation, and recipes to take home. The food was absolutely delicious. The whole experience was a highlight of our stay in Hoi An.

Interesting market tour at the start followed by a tour in bamboo boats. The highlight, however, has to be the cooking class itself! It started of with some "historic" hands on experiences before everyone cooked their own dishes together under supervision of the team. Even my girlfriend who, not only in my opinion, is a great cook learned a lot of new techniques and we both thoroughly enjoyed our morning cooking class! I have probably never cooked anything so delicious myself! Overall, a great morning organized by a great team, thank you very much!

The class was great, very interesting, we cooked a Lot of wonderful local dishes, and we also received a recipes list at the end. Only thing a little bit useless was the basket boat trip. But overall nice experience

Firstly, we really enjoyed the tour around the market... interesting and educational. Next, we tried to catch purple crabs in the basket boat...lots of fun. But the highlight is the cooking class. Fantastic. We learnt so much...I will make some of these dishes at home. Come hungry...definitely don't eat breakfast! There is so much food...you will not need to eat dinner either.
