This half-day tour introduces you to Vietnamese cuisine, from the garden to your plate. Fabulous tour. Started with vist to the old town markets of Hoi An. Then on to a boat trip to the Red Bridge cooking school. Our chef was hilarious. Greeted at the school with a lovely refreshing drink and given a tour of the herb garden and explained the uses of the herbs. We then proceeded to make our own lunch under the guidance of our chef and his helpers. Banh Xeo pancakes have become my favorite food. Lunch was delicious and made even more so because we cooked it ourselves. A great way to spend a few hours.
