Absolute scam

Complete scam, and we ended up paying for everything ourselves. This was after being mobbed by locals, and was the first time I felt unsafe after 6 days in vietnam. Initially, the tour guide kept trying to change the meet time last minute. It was hard to understand why as the English was quite poor. Tour guide ditched us quite quick and left us on the boat amongst ourselves. We thought this might be fine, but it was not. Was given a single beer can each and some random kebab meat. That was it. My partner is vegetarian. We paid for a "bar on boat with unlimited drinks". There was no bar on the boat. We then got asked to pay for the boat at the end, and our tour guide (who never joined the boat cruise) was nowhere to be seen. Whilst we tried to contact the tour guide to explain the situation we were mobbed by locals. I had to look up the emergency number for the first time after 6 days in vietnam. We ended up having to pay for the boat, and then find a reaturaunt nearby. The tour guide still even now has not replied.

The trip was fascinating and captivating
