Our guide Chaboo was very helpful , informative and clearly loved showing off Tasmania.
The trip had to start late due to delays in our cruise ship clearing immigration but our guide kept in touch with us while we waited and then made sure we got to see as much of the itinerary as possible in the time left.
We were in a small group in a minibus which gave a much more personal feel to the day rather than being in one of the larger coaches doing similar tours.
This was a great way of getting a taste of the scenic beauty of Tazzi and would highly recommend it.

We had a great day out despite the 12 degrees temperatures and constant rain which felt like being back in the UK!
Chaboo met us at the cruise port and had us back at the cruise ship in plenty of time for our 3.30pm all aboard.
We ended up with a personal tour for the 2 of us and he tailored it to suit our day, asking what we were interested in and maximising our time is Hobart and Tasmania. We got down into the peninsular and had time for a nice lunch and ice cream/chocolate stop on the way back.
We’ll definitely be back and will look at Chaboo’s other tours when we do and maybe get on the water next time. Great value, personal tour where you’ll feel like you’ve made a friend for life when you finish.

We were expecting a small group mini-bus tour today with Chaboo but as we were the only booking we had an amazingly awesome private tour in Chaboo’s very comfortable and luxurious RAV4. Chaboo’s communications with us regarding pick-up from our hotel were welcoming & courteous. He arrived promptly & gave us a brief overview of what to expect. But what we didn’t expect was a guide who was knowledgeable, informative, funny, helpful, kind & was instantly a firm friend. (Chaboo & my husband even share the same birthdate … plus the same sense of humour) We had many conversations, questions & answers & Chaboo willingly shared both his love of the wild Tasmanian nature & his love of ensuring we had a great day of new experiences. We appreciated the pace, the scenery, his stories (especially those about ghosts or the ones ‘off the record’). We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more enjoyable trip through the Tasman Peninsula. Lunch at Port Arthur Lavender was delicious as was icecream at the Chocolate Factory ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Chaboo. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this tour and Chaboo was a great guide. My favorite part was walking through the caves. I will say the meeting point was confusing but I called the number and Chabon found us. He’s working on finding out what the issue was with Viator. I would highly recommend this tour.

Chaboo was a fantastic guide, he explained that he was relatively new to this business but you would never have known. We could not have asked for a better tour guide, he was knowledgeable, funny and attentive. I had told him my Mum was suffering from some arthritis in her knees and he would explain everything we were going to do and whether there were lots of steps (a problem for her) That aside, the day was fantastic, each place was more beautiful that the previous, but all of them were stunning. We went to a beautiful lavender place for lunch (word of warning the portion sizes are huge) and then in the afternoon, we went to a secluded beach, stopped off at a chocolate shop which sold the best ice creams and then, because the tour was not full, we had time to stop at a vineyard where a couple of the group did a spot of wine tasting. Should I come back to Tasmania, I will look for Chaboo and his company, I can’t recommend him enough and wish him well as he looks to expand his business.
