This was such a wonderful tour. From the moment we boarded the mini bus our guide Hannah did an absolute stellar job bringing the day together and making sure everything went smoothly. She kept us informed along the way about what to expect, offering lunch options, and plenty of well-timed toilet stops, with lots of information about each major sight and Tassie in general. She was calm and friendly, and she navigated the roads with expert skill (carefully missing a pademelon at one point that hopped out in front of the bus). The tour itself was wonderful. We had lovely weather and saw all the things promised in the description, plus we had the added bonus of seeing a platypus when we stopped for a picnic by a little river. But what truly elevates this tour is the depth and integrity of Hannah's knowledge. Rather than just pointing out sights, she taught us the names of local plants, educated us on local snakes, and spoke with deep, genuine respect about Indigenous and cultural history (she even suggested some books for further reading). She also offered important nuanced insights into Tasmania’s ecology and the broader environmental context which is what made the trip so memorable for me. Plus she kindly pulled over at a roadside farm stand so I could buy fresh local apples to take home! If you want a tour that is full of beautiful Tasmanian sights but isnt rushed or touristy, and is deeply informative and connected to the real heart and soul of Tasmania, this is a wonderful choice. Thank you to the company (I hope they see this review) but most of all to Hannah who made the day so special. A big thanks also to the wonderful cave guide. He was an absolute gem -- so passionate about the history of the caves and the wonders of that magical underground world.
