Around 1 hour is allocated for the return transfer and drop-off, especially for routes returning from Miyajima-guchi to Hiroshima Port, hotels, or Hiroshima Station. Please provide the exact pickup address, hotel name, port name, cruise ship name if applicable, station exit, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the scheduled time. For Hiroshima Station pickup, please provide your train arrival time and preferred exit in advance. For cruise port pickup, please provide the cruise ship name, docking time, final boarding time, and departure time. The route will be arranged with a return buffer when possible, but guests are responsible for providing correct cruise timing. The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond the free 30 minutes or tour overtime beyond the selected duration may require an extra fee based on vehicle type.
