Gordon M is just fabulous. Met us at our Shinkansen. Took us by street car to our hotel to drop off the baggage. Then gave us a full 3 hr meaningful personal expof Hiroshima and the impact of the atomic bomb.

Naoka was truly remarkable- a second generation survivor of the bomb herself- she provided a wealth of information you can’t get on most tours. On top of which- she was a genuinely kind and hospitable person.

Our guide, Gordon was incredible. He went above and beyond. The tour was amazing; he took us to several places around the peace memorial and was extremely knowledgeable about every place. He was able to answer all of our questions with ease. Even after the tour was over, he took us to one of his favorite spots for lunch and we had a traditional Hiroshima lunch, which was fabulous. He exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this tour and Gordan to anyone who is traveling to Hiroshima.

This was a very moving experience. Our guide Naomi was excellent & shared her family’s story about the attack. She had many interesting facts to share & had some interesting pictures that helped with our understanding of what happened that day.

Our guide Friend was very kind but very reserved. We would have liked more information about the history and events in general. It took us to the different sites but unfortunately we didn’t feel like we learned much more than we saw at the museum. In addition, our guide arrived on time at the meeting place. We would have liked her to be there 5 or 10 minutes in advance because we were not sure we were in the right place.
