• Pick-up takes place within a time span, usually from 9:30 AM onwards, depending on the location of each accommodation. We appreciate the punctuality, as this allows us to keep the program on schedule and not delay the rest of the group. • Please be ready at the main entrance of the accommodation 5–10 minutes before estimated hours. • If your accommodation does not have clear reception or access, please provide us with a reference to facilitate pickup. • Accommodations located outside Hanga Roa may require an alternative meeting point or an additional cost.
