Had an amazing day exploring Easter Island with Joaquin. As a local guide, Joaquin is extremely knowledgeable on Rapa Nui culture and very welcoming and friendly! He made sure we saw all of the important sites and was a wealth of information. Thank you for showing us around!

Exceptional tour. Joaquin's indigenous perspective and heartfelt connection to the island helped us understand and experience what we were seeing on a different level. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Rapa Nui. He has studied archeology and partcipated in excavations. Great sense of humor. We loved this tour and highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful experience. Joaquin was a great guide. Was very considerate and looked out for our comfort and safety. He arrived with water and snacks and a smile on his face. He took us to many beautiful places and explained the history and meaning of all the the landscape. We stopped at local places for lunch and experienced local cuisine. I am 71 years old and he was there to assist me when I needed an arm to hold onto, but did not treat me like an old lady. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the real Island of Rapa Nui.

My tour of Easter Island was an incredible experience. The landscapes, the moai statues, and the unique history of the island were absolutely fascinating. What made it even more special was the tour guide — extremely kind, knowledgeable, and passionate. He explained everything clearly and with so much enthusiasm, making every site even more meaningful. I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Easter Island!

I apologize for this late review. Joaquin, our private guide for 2 days from Nov.1- 2, 2024 showed us the historical & cultural beauty of Easter Island in person & in photos. He was a good photographer too and truly treated us w/ care, respect & kindness. Should I be given a chance to go back there, I won’t give a second thought & get him as our guide again. That was a trip of a lifetime!

A full day is not what we call a full day. We started at 9 and were done by 2. That included the time we had to eat our lunch which we paid for.
I think we should get at least 1/3 of our money refunded.
Plus we received a cancellation notice for this trip when we arrived. So we booked a tour with the hotel. This cost an additional $180 each.
Then the next day our tour guide from Viator arrived! He said he never cancelled. I showed him the cancelation notice from Viator. He didn’t understand nor did we. So we spent an extra $180 each plus got your guide which was prepaid for 2/3 of a day for two days. The guide was excellent but your service was woefully lacking.
You also canceled our full day with a native of the island which we couldn’t duplicate.
And the dinner show we had prepaid did not have the address or name of the show on the tickets. I called to find out so we could make arrangements to get there. We were given the run around at a great phone expense but still had no answer!! (There are 5 shows on the island we were told) After wasting time trying to replace the tour you canceled but then had the guide show up and trying to find out where we were to go for the Dinner Show we had had enough of this company. I have praised you to many others and did not have this much trouble before. But never again!

Juan Soler Bolt was an amazing tour guide, he is very knowledgeable and kind. He just knew when to visit the sites at the right time without the crowds. My husband and I would definitely recommend him.

We had an amazing time at Rapa Nui and the 2 day tour covered all the key tourist attractions. Aroha tour company was very prompt from the time we made reservations to the 2-day tour. The company guided about the document and the tickets required to enter the national park ahead of time do we could purchase the tickets online. Joaquin soler Hotu was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and explained the history of every tourist attraction in great detail. He was very helpful and flexible with the itinerary since we were traveling with a toddler. Overall we had a fantastic and a memorable experience Rapa Nui, a destination which was on our travel bucket list. Highly recommend this 2 day tour
