What a wonderful experience! It was one of those times where you need to put your camera down and just breathe and take it in.
Our guide was great, he told us the best places to view from and let us linger to enjoy it all - we were possibly the last group to go. All in all very relaxing and wonderful to do!

I think this is an essential thing to do on Rapa Nui. I had such a blast and it was amazing to drive at night and see the stars prior to the sun bursting with an amazing view of Tongariki. The tour company was flexible, picked us up timely, and great with communication.

It is important to note that this is a pickup/dropoff…not necessarily a tour. You are given ample time to walk around the area and sit and watch the sunrise. We took so many photos - beautiful experience! This was our cheapest but most memorable tour in the island. Also…Eva is the best! She was always available to answer questions about the history of Rapa Nui.

Beautiful sunset tour , good tour guide informative and friendly. I enjoyed connecting with 15 Moai Tongariki Park for me it was a special & spiritual and peaceful experience. It is a spectacular place with ocean and cliffs in the background.

Being there for the sunrise was awesome. But getting there and back was terrifying! The driver went over 80 kmh twice the speed limit, very scary. Guide slept the whole way there and the whole time while there, basically no guide except to open and close the van door.

It was to short and we did not see moai. It should last 3.5 hours but it was 2 hours. We did see no heads.

A must do experience for watching the sunrise. You do not need a private tour as everyone watches from the same spot. Do not expect any explanation from the driver as you are booking for transportation only. The driver also communicated in Spanish via WhatsApp so be prepared to use Spanish.

Excellent excursion. You’re pretty much paying for the pick, ride, and drop off, so no need to spend more than this to do a VIP tour. You all end up in the same field! Neat stargazing to start and then beautiful views as the sun comes up. Back to the hotel before breakfast ended!

Our tour guide was respectful, punctual and communicative. The company made sure to get a hold of me the day before to ensure I was prepared for the trip although I made it last minute. Highly recommend this tour, it was an unforgettable experience to see the stars, Milky Way and sunrise behind the largest platform of moai on the island.

Sunrise was amazing. However please note this was not a tour as such but rather transport to the location and back. No information given or shared. The location for the sunrise was one of the best experiences on Easter Island.

Don’t do a shared tour for sunrise. We had to pick up about eight separate people/pairs, meaning everyone had to be up way early and ready way before actual pickup because times are conservative estimates…and we still didn’t make it there for the best morning light (though we may have been there for technical sunrise; it was hard to tell with the clouds). Splurge and do the private tour for this particular experience—you’ll be glad you did.

Catching the perfect sunrise unfortunately depends on the weather and it was cloudy on my tour. But the visit was still tranquil and serene! This was a good way to squeeze in one last activity on the last day on the island before my afternoon flight.

Best thing we did on the island. The sunrise was beautiful and not very crowded. Extremely magical. “Guide”was more a driver and chaperone than anything. Good thing we had all the info the day before when we did the full day tour. Highly recommended!

Transport to and from was seamless and on time. Just FYI there was no actual tour, it was just the transport, but I was fine with that. If you don’t have transportation on the island, I recommend this.

Punctual pick-up at hostel, 30 minute drive, 60 minute stay and then back again 30 minutes! After exactly 120 minutes everything was done. My tip therefore, book the cheapest variant that will be offered because the 2 hours are sufficient in any case!!!!
