Pickup Locations: For cruise passengers: Pickup will be just outside the main gate of the Halifax Cruise Terminal. Look for our sign with your name for easy identification. For hotel guests: Pickup is available directly at the main entrance of your hotel. Pickup Timing: Please be ready at the pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure a timely departure. Driver Details: Your driver will be English-speaking and will provide contact information a day prior to the tour for any last-minute coordination.

If you want to see all of Halifax, then this is the tour for you. Our private driver, Anant, was amazing. He knew all the facts about the island & knew all the scenic spots to go.

Excellent private tour from a small family-owned business. They are flexible and worked with us to fit the time we had for our itinerary as we had to get back to our cruise ship at a specific time. If you are lucky enough to visit the lobster wholesaler, it was an unexpected treat!

Ziyan was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Our group was older with health limitations but we never felt rushed. He adjusted the tour to our pace always making sure we were comfortable and able to enjoy what our interest included. Today many young ones display attitudes or show little interest in their work but. This is not the case with Ziyan. Everyone in the group agrees with this assessment. We most definitely would work with him again

Be sure to check in advance what the tour includes. We spent easily 4.5 hours in the car, not sightseeing. A lot of money for a lot of car time. ☹️ Additionally, the vehicle was poorly suited for four, uh, elderly adults, forcing one of us into the third row. Very difficult to maneuver. Not good.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations in terms of comfort and sightseeing time. Our Full-Day Halifax Tour, especially the one that includes coastal towns like Peggy’s Cove, Mahone Bay, and Lunenburg, does involve a fair amount of driving—often up to 4.5 to 5 hours total—due to the distances between these scenic locations. This is necessary in order to explore the best of Nova Scotia’s South Shore in a single day, and we try to break up the driving with picturesque stops and photo opportunities.
Regarding the vehicle, we had assigned our brand-new Toyota Grand Highlander, a 7-seater SUV selected specifically for comfort and spaciousness. For groups of 4 adults, especially when mobility is a concern, we normally recommend letting us know in advance so we can make special arrangements—such as keeping all passengers in the middle row or providing alternate vehicle options with easier access.
We take great care to accommodate seniors and guests with limited mobility, and we’re sorry to hear that the third-row seat felt difficult to access. Your feedback is truly helpful, and we will keep it in mind as we continue to improve the experience for future guests.

What a fabulous tour. We got to see the major attractions in Halifax and learned a lot. Ziyan was a fantastic guide. He shared so much great information and the four of us had the best day! He dropped us off and picked us up in convenient places and was very attentive. We highly recommend this tour.

Zamir truly the best!!! Punctual, accommodating, flexible and knowledgeable beyond!! One of my best Viator tours in history!!! Zamir took my friend and I to all that was scheduled, plus!! Ziyan, who works with his father—the owner of the company—was our guide for the day. He was friendly and provided helpful information at each stop along the way.
We were picked up in a grey Kia Sedona van. While it wasn't quite the luxury vehicle we had expected, it was comfortable and perfectly fine for our group of six. The tour involved a fair amount of driving, but that's simply due to the distance between the attractions—not a reflection on the guide.
The stops themselves offered beautiful scenery and were well worth the trip. Ziyan made sure we returned to the cruise port with plenty of time to spare, which we really appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would recommend this tour to others
