Everything went well, we selected the option to get picked up at the port but we arrived earlier than the pick up time so we just walked to meet them and it was a super easy 3-5 minutes walk. They took us to the beach to chill until it was time for our ride, everyone was very friendly. The guy I think his name is Johnny, drove infront of us the entire time, gave directions and made stops so we could take pictures. We enjoyed this experience and definitely would recommend. Thank you!!

Booking this company was the best decision for our trip to Grand Turks. Unfortunately I do not remember our guides name but he was very friendly. He took us around the island to see the local spots away from the touristy areas which was great. He made us feel comfortable I definitely recommend using this company for future needs for excursions you’ll be very satisfied!

Omg! Johnathan is the best really nice, found his company on TikTok but he took us all over the island and we explored the national park, seen the jail and government buildings and even took photos at the grand Turk inside the island sign. EXTRA we had the best food down town Turks and Caicos from a food truck, he recommended. When I come back I’m booking with him 100%

I gave this experience 2 stars because there were only 2 things that I enjoyed. The kindness of our tour guide Johnathan and the views at the end of the ride. That is it. The rest of it was chaotic and left more to be desired. For starters the email explained that someone would meet us at the port with a sign, there was no person or signage. After walking around asking several vendors (whom tried to sale me their excursions instead); was I finally directed to exit the gate leaving the port and walk down the street until I saw a sign that said "gas". This raised a bit of a safety concern as I am a solo traveler. When I finally arrived I saw a young lady; whom was less than pleasant, lounging on a golf cart. Once I filled out paper work and was finally checked in, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes as the other passengers were lost as well. Finally, after no safety briefing, we began a very slow ride barely going over 14mph. After about 15 minutes we were dropped off at a shopping strip and left for about 30 minutes that we could have done without. There were some mix ups with the other passengers so our 30 minute wait was more like 45. FINALLY, at the end we were driving through neighborhoods with a beautiful coastline view, then through some VERY rocky roads that I had to hold on for dear life to get through. It was still more enjoyable than driving at a snails pace through crowded streets. Overall, the experience left me wanting more. Jonathan did his best to make the most of it but at the price point of $95 I expected more.

To clarify the pickup process: our representative does not wait directly outside of the cruise ship. Guests are required to exit the cruise center, walk a short distance to the taxi stand, and continue to the main exit gate of the cruise port. Our representative is stationed outside of that exit gate. We understand that navigating a new port as a solo traveler can feel overwhelming, and we regret any discomfort this caused.
The shopping center stop is a standard part of the tour itinerary and cannot be removed, as many guests enjoy the opportunity to explore and shop. We understand it may not appeal to everyone, but it remains an included stop for the overall group experience.
As for the terrain, off-road ATV tours naturally involve uneven and occasionally bumpy surfaces. These routes are safe, well-tested, and frequently driven by our guides, and guest safety is always our top priority. We would never operate a tour that puts our guests at risk.
We are happy to hear that Jonathan provided kind and professional service and that you enjoyed the views toward the end of the ride. We regret that other aspects of the experience did not fully meet your expectations, and your feedback has been noted as we continue refining our operations.

When you get to the port, find out how to get to the main street. From there you will walk down about 1/2 mile and you will see a side road. There should be a person there waiting in a golf cart to take you up the road to the building. It looks sketchy but its legit. We had a great time with our tour guide and I would do it again.

Did not know to walk out of port completely to meet tour guide, so we were late. Other than this little obstacle, the rest of the tour was perfect. ATVs were safe, tour guide friendly, and the 2 hour tour gave us time to enjoy other activities...

We had an absolutely fabulous time with Marshall and the island tour was beautiful. We would suggest this adventure for families of all kinds. The machines were easy to operate and we felt safe navigating on the island. Definitely a great time for everyone. Families should get clear instructions on where to meet your guide so you can start your tour on time!

The Tour operator was impossible to find & I had to hire a Golf Cart & driver to find them.
After driving around for 10-15 minutes looking for them, he parked under a tree & said that the would arrive in 5 minutes.
After waiting 15 minutes, no tour Operator arrived, there were no other guests around and no ATV's in sight, so we walked back to the ship.
Accordingly, I would request a full refund in view of the above tour which was not taken.

When we arrived, you did not mention that you wished to cancel because of the delay. Instead, you informed us that you were going to look around and would come back, but unfortunately you did not return and we were not contacted further at that time.
As the tour was prepared and our team was present and ready to operate, we are unable to offer a full refund. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to provide a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.

Do NOT use this service. EXTREMELY CONCERNED FOR PERSONAL SAFETY. No signage for pickup as described in the app. Guide arrived late. Paperwork didn't match name of company on the app. Staff were screaming at each other on the phone. Very unsettling for travelers! Guy refuses to refund even though we told him our concerns!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

To clarify, your original request for the refund was due to you wanting to book the tour at 10:00 a.m but stated it was sold out which wasn’t the case. You then expressed that you felt uncomfortable and mentioned that a staff member was rude. Our tour guide immediately apologized for any misunderstanding or perceived tone. Despite this, you chose to cancel the tour last minute. Please note that this is not considered a valid reason for a refund, as all arrangements including staffing and equipment—had already been prepared exclusively for this tour.

Pick up was smooth and efficient. Marshall was a great tour guide. It’s was a great mix of seeing the island and off-roading. He was very observant even when my phone flew off during the ride and immediately stopped the line. Great first time experience.

Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify the details of your booking.
Your tour was scheduled for 12:00. You contacted us 33 minutes after the scheduled time, stating that your ship had arrived late and that you were unsure of the pick-up location. I personally directed you to the correct location, and another tour guide waited for you and escorted you to the tour.
Following the excursion, you submitted a refund request, stating you were unable to participate due to a medical reason. This request was declined, as you did in fact attend the tour. Now, you are claiming that no one showed up and that you were left waiting, which contradicts the actual events.
We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide the best experience possible, but in this case, the service was provided in full. For that reason, we are unable to issue a refund.

OMG this was the most absolute fun I’ve had in some damn time. I love the authenticity Marshall provided and me and my boyfriend was not treated like a tourist. He treated us like we were family. The excursion itself was amazing. He let us stop to take pics with the donkeys and the grand Turks sign. He picked us up from where we did the clear boat photoshoot, took us back there to grab our bags then took us to the cruise. We don’t know he was gonna do that but he did. Marshall is the bomb and we are flying to Provo and we’re going back to Turks. This time we’re gonna need a private tour because my man was ready to run off the rode. Marshall, we will see you again I promise! You are the reason our Grand Turks experience was an experience.

A little disorganized but overall things were okay and the people were nice. It would be nice if they gave more information about the island during the excursion. Need updated equipment, tire fell off during ride.

Do NOT waste your time or money with this ATV company. Their website clearly stated $80 per person, but when we arrived, everything changed. We were NOT allowed to ride by our selves, which was never mentioned on the site. They paired the adults together on the same ATV, and it quickly became obvious they didn’t have enough equipment for the group sizes they’re booking.
We called the day before to ask questions, especially because the site said children ride free. Naturally, we assumed kids would ride with adults – a very common setup at other ATV places. But when we showed up, the staff acted like we should’ve known otherwise and told us the kids couldn’t ride unless we paid extra. It felt like a blatant cash grab.
To make matters worse, the supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional, acting like it was our fault for not knowing their hidden policies. He pushed for more money instead of trying to help or clarify. It was a complete bait-and-switch.
This company is disorganized, dishonest, and borderline fraudulent. Don’t fall for their misleading site – spend your money somewhere that actually values customers and delivers what they promise. Not to mention the guy called over his friends as if they wanted to “fight”

When you booked the $80 per person package, that rate applies specifically to two adults sharing one ATV, which is clearly stated on our website and booking confirmation. If you preferred to ride separately, you would have needed to book two individual reservations, each with their own ATV. We’re transparent about this in our terms, and our team is always available to answer booking-related questions before your arrival.
Regarding the children riding free – yes, children can ride at no additional cost as passengers with an adult. However, if additional ATVs are needed to accommodate kids separately, there will naturally be an added cost.
We also strongly deny the claim that any member of our staff acted in a threatening manner. Our team is trained to maintain professionalism at all times. Suggesting that anyone attempted to start a fight is completely false and damaging to our reputation. We take these accusations seriously and will not tolerate misinformation being spread about our business or staff.

From beginning to end this experience was amazing. We had the pleasure to be guided by Martial and he was super fun and kind. We started promptly and ended on time to make it back to our cruise. The tour of Grand Turks was breathtaking and filled with beautiful sight seeing. I would 100% recommend this tour, it’s a must do in Turks! Thanks again Martial - you are the kindest being ever.

To start off it was pretty hard to find where this excursion is located, me and my friend had to ask around a lot till we found it hoping we didn’t miss our 12pm booked excursions only to have us wait an extra hour to get on the ATVS because they were finishing a different tour. The scenery was nice and okay that’s why i would give it. 2 stars, the tour guide takes you through a couple different paths that can a little more bumpy and rocky which is were my friend ended up flipping over the atv heading back at the end of the tour, she was injured but had to make it back on the ATV where they didn’t provide any first aid or medical help they only offered to take us a little closer to the port in a golf cart and we had to walk the rest back to the cruise ship where she was able to get medical treatment she now has a sprained ankle and rashes all over but overall I wouldn’t book this tour again i guess you get what you paid for but pretty unprofessional.

The experience was worth the $80. Just make sure to do separate reservations if you want your own ATV. If you reserve under the same reservation, there will be 2 people per ATV and there is only room for one person on the ATV. I sat on the back metal rack and I have bruises on my legs. I didn't complain because I was enjoying the experience but it was painful.
