Very disappointed! We were picked up on someone’s personal truck with no AC and half the guest had to ride on the back. There was no organization for the setup of the photo shoot. It took over 3 hours to do 5 people. Then we had to wait for them to upload the picot our personal phones, both tour guides left before doing so. One left saying he will be right back, then the other left saying they were going to get a van to bring us back to the port, but never returned. They left one guy there and he said he didn’t know how to work the upload or importing of the pictures to our phones. I do not recommend this company.

Good morning corin , we mentioned to you that we do not usually pick up guest any more . We meet you guys and drove you down despite the car ride was 2 minutes, your Photoshoot started early and we finished on time it didn’t take 5 hours to shoot it took 2 hours for five persons you guys were very nice and understanding but I’m lost as to why the bad review now ? I was very much so looking forward to this beautiful shoot, but I was left terribly disappointed. The drone operator was late, rude & inconsiderate. She also did not coordinate the drone’s position with my poses, so a lot of the times she was behind me. She didn’t even come down to the beach to see what I was doing or communicate with me at all. I did not receive any guidance as to how to pose, when to smile or anything helpful. Needless to say, I wasted $150. The shoot was for my birthday. I may have only 2-3 shots that can be salvaged. If you’re doing this just for fun & have time and money to waste, give it a shot.
The only positives: the young lady (Rose) who checked me in is very sweet and helpful; there is someone in the water with you.

It’s very funny you chose to do this after your rant about wanting compensation and harassing the staff for being 10 minutes late to the shoot it happens and was dealt with internally. You’re angry and picking on one person who did their job based on the description and I’m sorry you weren’t able to scam a refund out of us you didn’t mention anything about the photos being terribly done when you were here and also the drone pilot has nothing to do with poses you are picking on someone for no reason ! , have a good day.

The worst experience I ever had in my f*****life. They were late with attitudes none of the Amenities came with it like it said about the water or rum punch. They lost the SIM card to the photos and didn’t want to give me my money back. The lil girl with the dreads or whatever her hair was was very disrespectful sayin Americans be comin down here like they kno something. Then had the audacity to have me come back and show me in they phone that she sent the pictures to my sister email she lied and had my name Saved in Her phone as B****and when she noticed I saw it because I said wow she hurried back took her phone. I don’t recommend this place at all and I would never book with them again. Thee f***worst

As stated earlier you came to the employees hostile and even to the customer service team you were rude and disrespectful and very difficult to work with despite our efforts our staff became agitated as the sad card was found and you were given your photos but you didn’t have sufficient storage on your phone. We even did the curiously of drop boxing none the less please be kind to others

On the booking site it states that they are open from 6am - 6pm. It also ask you if your on a cruise or not. We make it there and nobody is there we call he say be there in 30 mins. A hour goes by. We have other things to do. Then the people lost my sister SD card with all her photos on it. They wasn’t trying to give her a refund talking about they can find it. 2 days later she’s still trying to communicate with the owner and he’s giving her the run around with pictures. To top it off one of his workers got smart at the mouth talking about “ These Americans come down here thinking they know eveything”. Well all I know is that next time I’ll save my American dollars and go somewhere else. If your on a cruise and wanna take the kayak pictures just wait till you get off the boat and book with nice gentlemen in the front that was there bright and early. Don’t waste your time walking 10 miles down the beach to that unprofessional business with a dirt, stained, broken kayak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the water and rum punch is no where to be found 0/10 experience!!!!!!!

Good morning while we are open from 6 am you weren’t scheduled until 9 . Secondly the photos were sent to you in what’s app and iMessage you could t save them after the SD card was found because you didn’t have sufficient storage. You gave the staff at the rent hostile behavior and resulted in them wanting to call the police. You’re sister was the one who experienced this business not you so this review is already fabricated and against trip advisors policy there’s no proof of anyone talking down on Americans and your sister received her photos long before two later with communication and I have screenshots please review truthfully

Started off kinda rocky because of there being a miscommunication about my scheduled time however, once the shoot began Mervin was great! Helped position me on the kayak and helped adjust my hair and hyped me up while posing. Compton was great with communicating with me once I arrived at the meeting location and responded promptly to my messages. My pics turned out great and it was overall a great experience.

Poor communication, super unorganized, and very unprofessional. We were told we would be picked up at the port, it was not communicated to us that the meeting location would be changed until I called, otherwise we would have just been standing there. After finding the meeting location, they stated we would need to move to a meeting location that was 5 minutes away due to the water being choppy. Turns out it was about 25 minutes away, in a location surrounded by trash and debris and no access to restrooms. We were to be provided with water and Rum Punch, neither were provided. It took over 40 minutes for the kayak and drone to get to the second location. When they finally got setup the drone didn't work. They only had one kayak and 1 drone for a group of 20 ppl. There were only 2 people operating the excursion. Once it did get up and going it was rushed. I didn't get to see the photos prior to leaving due to the process taking over 4 hours. In fact I had to repeatedly reach out to the vendor daily up to 3 days after to even see the photos. We took better photos with our phones. The process took so long it left no time for other excursions or activities. One girl missed her other non refundable excursion due to all the delays. Once we were done with the shoot we had to wait another 20 minutes for a ride back. There was a tent and 5 chairs for 20 ppl. I was sunburnt and heat exhausted. Not to mention the person they had for transportation kept trying to separate me from my group. It was such a terrible experience. The stated we would be refunded but that was clearly a lie. You may have to pay a little more to go with someone else, but it will be worth it in the end. This ruined Grand Turk for me and my friend! I'm sure they will respond with some slick response that will tell you what you need to know.

The option was given after meeting up to continue with the photoshoot despite the bad weather conditions you chose to continue after being told there would be delays. We wanted to ensure all occupants were able to enjoy the experience we didn’t force anyone to do it. The transportation was free of charge to guest and we didn’t fulfill the service and water and also alcohol beverages were available to guest as well shortly after we got started equipment had to be moved to the location. All these factors were explained prior to commencing , you’re being highly unrealistic and it’s unfortunate you couldn’t enjoy your other excursions but you did this at your own risk we did mention that it would be a delay. The drone was damage slightly and we had to do a minor propeller change you are exaggerating a situation in which all guest were told about we simply wanted everyone to enjoy the experience and being as you are unsatisfactory with the wait you should of opted to cancel at the moment of being informed.
