Absolutely amazing! This company was very efficient and professional our entire shoot was done in exactly an hour! I received my pictures immediately and only waited 48 hours for the edits. Sir you booked at 12:30 and tried to cut in front of my other guests and that wasn’t gonna happen I told you to come back after your ahh tour you ignored me this isn’t on us

We had an appointment set for 8 am and we got there early. Come to find out the guy or his crew wasn't there. Had a nice guy that does the same work to call the vendor and he said he was going to be a few minutes late. We waited till about 820 and the guy Still didn't show up. Ended up having to get someone else to do the pictures and had to come out of pocket to get the shoot done. I really feel like our money was taken and ran off with. If you guys decide to do the clear kayak just wait until you get to the port and have one of the guys that's already there do the shoot they do a good job and they are there ready for you instead of you waiting on them.

This company has been reported for their lack of empathy for mistakes made for multiple bookings on this day. I would never recommend and quite frankly this company should be shut down for the type of business they are running. If you cannot provide a service in a timely manner you should always refund. Multiple people were at this companies mercy this very day and they fought everyone on refunds. They did not provide the services, was not direct on how to find them, spent hours wasting everyones time, extremely unprofessional staff especially at the tent with no care of communication to the guests trying to capture the moments that were guaranteed. Our experience started with us running a few minutes behind and I contacted the company to let them know. Once we tried to find where they were located, no one near the port knew where the location was and the owner referred to Maries as a pin point but no other tour operator or anyone knew where this was located. There is not a location written on the booking. Once we arrived, there was no computer, no way for them to look up my booking and I at that point had no cell service to even look at my side. I would have imagined if they took my funds, that they would be able to simply look. The young lady was very young and not helpful with an attitude. There were 4 other young kids there which were just there for leisure and not work. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She mentioned it would be a few minutes and this turned into an awful 3 hours waiting in the sun with no chair or anything to sit on. We baked watching 3 girls trying to complete their shoot. They even left one girl in the kayak for about 20 or so minutes baking in the sun. We heard the 3 girls speaking to the young lady in the tent and cursing her out because she could not and WOULD NOT provide them answers to why everything was taking this long. We found out the girls were there from 10am to almost 4pm trying to get a 30 minute shoot done. This was the worst travel booking experience. We spoke to Dianco who was the person holding the kayak and he mentioned it was a bit ridiculous and that he understood our frustration. We told him we no longer could wait as we needed to get back to the cruise ship and his exact words was he would talk to the owner who was his friend about a refund. I have called and reported this company to be invested. Apparently the owner denied us funds for a service that was never even completed. HOW DARE YOU take our money and all the other ladies there. You ruined their experience in Grand Turks and you have no care. You should be shut down immediately. We ran into the girls that were there on the cruise ship and they said that was the worst experience and they are having trouble getting refunds. I cannot believe the owner is denying a refund for us when you never even put in the work to do anything! Companies like this overseas are absolutely disgusting. No matter what time we would have arrive, we would have waited till after 3:30 or longer to even get services. I have attached a picture of the set up before I left. As you can tell the 3 ladies in the back are the upset customers that have been there since 10am and still have not gotten their pictures. This was taken at 3:06pm. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THERE IS A COMPANY BESIDE THEM THAT WERE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO HAD IT TOGETHER TO PROVIDE A QUICK AND EASY SERVICE.

If you want to have an amazing experience text them on WhatsApp the day before. When I tell you they were on it. They texted me the day of that morning and asked what ship I was getting off on asked me to send pics of what we were wearing so it was easy to find us. Sent us a map of where to go on the island. I mean they were nothing but amazing. So if you do nothing else text them the night b4. Once you meet them you will fall in love. They had us rolling kept us entertained. Showed us a few poses. They made the experience fun!! I give it a 💯/💯 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They also texted and let us know the time and when the weather would best work to get the best shots. It was great!
