- Remember this is a NO HIKING TOUR, Roque Nublo will be seen close from the lookout. (mirador)

The weather was very changeable. This lead to modifications during the day and completely eliminating the pine forest walk. Perhaps guests could have been given the option to redo the tour another day at no cost.

We cancel the tour when the local authorities inform us to do it....(warning) but not the case...
Sorry for bad weather , rainy day difficult perfect seeing or views but this is not under our hands.
We can not offer not make tours FREE....

The tour took us to a lot of really interesting places and showed what a beautiful island Gran Canaria really is. The scenery is spectacular. Our guide (Laura) did a great job explaining everything and guiding us around the various stops. She had to explain everything in both English and Spanish so that was no easy task. Our only disappointment was with the weather that was quite wet and rainy for the majority of the tour. Overall, pretty pleased.

Laura was a wonderful guide who gave us lots of information and was patient with our group. The weather was exceptional and we had a beautiful, cloudless view of Roque Nublo. I loved the Saturday market in San Mateo. Wonderful views in the mountains and I felt safe on the curvy roads with our driver, Rebeca.

Best way to experience the island in a day, from a Saturday local market to pine covered mountains. I would never have tackled those mountain roads myself. Really enjoyed the free time in various small towns, but always wanted longer.

The scenery travelling around the mountains was nice
Pardilla tours using a smaller bus for this trip around 25 people.
Unfortunately the guide talked too much Spanish as the majority of the people were Spanish
I thought this was an exclusive tour just for English speaking people.
So most of the time just wondered around on my own as it took too much time to wait for the talk when we had short stops

Thanks for your review, we do not agree with your commentary as never we abandoned or not dedicate time to our guest.
You decided to go by your own because maybe
you expected almost a private tour or lack of patience.
All our tours are always in English and Spanish, simultaneously....and this is clear and it is stated in your booking (prior you ordered)
Occasionaly if anyone asked for something particularly, we will not translate all to english, and same to spanish.
Secondly 9th March we had on bus 23 pax....8 were only in spanish and 15 in english, therefore not majority were spanish.....as you said.
Anyway you were looking maybe for 46 euros a private tour, but this might not be possible.

I was welcomed very friendly and enjoyed the tour in a modern guagua (Kleinbus). You see not only the peak of the mountain but also the most beautiful villages around it. The tour guide Jose did a great job and the bus driver was driving smoothly.

A nice tour to see lots of things in one day, pity that a walk up to Roque Nublo is not included.
Overall, it would be good to have a detailed description of the tour, stops and free time - was not fully clear while booking. Teror is worth staying a bit longer. There was no Q&A with the guide and not too much interaction.

The panoramic views from the visited peaks and view points, gave us another whole experience of the island, as we are staying near Playa Cantera. It was just as enjoyable to visit the few villages included in the tour. As it was Saturday, the villages were busy with markets and shopping. Fran, our Tour Guide was great.

The tour guide gave very good information and bullet between English and Spanish and knew a lot of info. Since there was a lot of fog on the rock and you could not see anything we used that time more exploring Tejeda and Teror beauties of villages yet I have photo of a peak with fog and there were many stunning views in the other part of the tour the volcano with the caldera was also very impressive especially because of the information they also give you. I ate very rich in Tejeda and there is a bakery that also has some sweets and desserts gluten free in addition to a lot of gluten. It is also a good route to buy typical local products and boutiques, artisan perfumes in your spare time. I would have liked that if I had more time in the boiler to walk around more or a stretch of nature walk about 30 minutes. This tour is good for older adults there is no physical effort and a lot of panoramic view but for those of us who want more hiking it would be good to add a little trail. But the truth was excellent and we still arrived by day at 5:30pm in Palmas and energetically.
